The ladies are always rude. I paid for extra aguacate and she put 1 slice 1inch by a 1/4 inch. When i told them there was no aguacate she told the other lady well tell her look again. I paid extra for basically nothing.

This establishment is a joke, employees are rude, Talking to you in Spanish talking smack, talking amongst each other to make people wait that they shouldn't have come late, I all so called they answer I soon as I tried to order they hand up, drive there not a single person in the store, when I ask, if their phone is down they said, 2 of our employees are leaving, so they decide to not pick up the phone any more, I ask that's how you treat everyone she said yeah so what!!!

The lady working there was annoyed we wanted 8 donuts. This is the second time this happens. Today when I went to pay she was upset I was paying with my card. I was confused and she grabbed the tip jar and slowed it to me. She then said - everyone is paying with a card and not tipping , followed by a dirty look. I will not be returning . I am all for giving a tip but I will not be shamed for not doing it. Do not recommend this place. I just wanted 8 donuts, that is it.

I made the mistake of coming back here after promising myself I wouldn't. When you have a sweet tooth in the middle of the night, options are limited. I got a custard eclair which tasted like pudding on a stale hotdog bun and two donuts. I spit out the piece I bit into and threw what was left of the whole thing at the window. I was irritated because the guy working here kept asking me to repeat myself. It didn't matter what I said, he replied with, "what"? And to add injury to insult, he still got my order wrong. The place is kind of creepy at night to begin with but it looks better now with an exploded eclair next to the front door. My concluding comment: Twice Bitten!
