11th hour has great coffee and a really cool cafe! there’s tons of seating and the outdoor area is really nice & a chill atmosphere. recommend if you’re in the santa cruz area and want a place to hangout with friends or do online work.

Stopped by 11th Hour Coffee while exploring downtown Santa Cruz, and it did not disappoint. The coffee was rich and smooth, easily one of the better ones I’ve had in town. We enjoyed the avocado toast and a couple of pastries.

Beautiful decorations ,but customer service is bad...I asked for a Hot Matcha Latte in a CERAMIC CUP, specifically mentioning I want in a ceramic cup because I was about tonsit down and enjoy it, and barista ,a man, made it in a cheap tiny paper cup....I told him nicely I wanted it in a cup ,and he said it's too late, he already did it and next time...WHAT????....you mean to tell me you screwed up my order ,and oh well sorry next time we will do it better??.. also their matcha latte is 50% sweet sugary flavor and barely can taste any matcha, I had better matchas at many other places...so to pay $6,50 on a paper cup matcha latte that is loaded with sweet flavor and barely any matcha ,is a disgusting deal ..WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE???....AND STOP MAKING YOUR MATCHAS SUPER SWEET TO.HIDE THE LACK OF MAtCHA FLAVOR....

Peak ambience, tons of places to sit, beautiful space. They need to fix the Wi-Fi though. It is slow and you have to forget the network every time you want to sign on. More people should be complaining about it tbh.

It’s ridiculous. $13.5 for an avacado toast that’s this thick or this quality of bread (like leather). That much avacado!! It’s a scam. On the other hand coffee was okay. For 7.75 not great. But at least okay. No service. When asked for my food just said “working on it” even tho coffee was sitting next table getting cold. Could have just said check for coffee there.

My cold brew was yummy. The paper cup soaked through. It’s such a shame when place that promotes eco/environment practices up-charges plant based milks for $1.50 - it’s my biggest pet peeve of coffee shops and why I won’t be back here
