Coffee, served all over town is bitter.

Great little coffee shop and friendly staff. Lots of outdoor seating and even indoor seating as well. I got a Jasmine honey coffee which I would normally not order and it was delicious. I would definitely come back here next time I'm in Santa Cruz

Great coffees, and terrific selection of toasts, bowls, and bagels.

Friendly staff, great outdoor eating area. 11th Hour always satisfies.

I usually love coming here, but I had a really disappointing experience recently. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with almond milk, and it had almost no flavor—just tasted like lukewarm, watery milk. I couldn’t taste the vanilla at all and didn’t even end up drinking it.

When I let the woman at the register know, she brushed it off and said, “Oh well, almond milk is like that,” and then offered to charge me for an extra shot of espresso instead of remaking or adjusting the drink. For a $7 latte, I expected a bit more care, especially since I’ve had better drinks here before.

I asked for the manager’s name, and a kind gentleman let me know her name was Daisy. He also offered to remake the drink himself and was super courteous about it, which I appreciated.

Not sure what the issue was with the woman at the register, but her dismissive attitude was really off-putting. For now, I think I’ll stick to Cat Cloud.

I came an hour before closing and asked for my pastry to be heated up. In spite of giving a 15 % tip, I got stuck with “our toaster is off can’t heat it for you”. They seemed very impatient for me to take the stuff and leave. Not coming back, didn’t feel good about getting my coffee.

The truly local feeling local coffee co. Happy vibes, delicious drinks. The food is good. I'd go more often if I could. And they always welcome Oli (my canine companion).

This is my favorite coffee/breakfast spot in Santa Cruz, particularly on the west side. The coffee and espresso are made with care, they offer a creative variety of drinks, the staff is chill and there are tasty options for breakfast and lunch.

Best coffee in Santa Cruz and we love the biscuit sandwich, so we are there once a week for Breakfast. That is the place to feel you are in vacation

Great vibe, would be a lovely place to work. The rose almond cake was bad though.
