I came an hour before closing and asked for my pastry to be heated up. In spite of giving a 15 % tip, I got stuck with “our toaster is off can’t heat it for you”. They seemed very impatient for me to take the stuff and leave. Not coming back, didn’t feel good about getting my coffee.
This is my favorite coffee/breakfast spot in Santa Cruz, particularly on the west side. The coffee and espresso are made with care, they offer a creative variety of drinks, the staff is chill and there are tasty options for breakfast and lunch.
The people who work at 11th Hour have all been so welcoming and friendly. The food and drink service is timely and served with a smile. I really like the food options on their menu too!
