We had a wonderful lunch! They have something for everyone with both savory and sweet. Pastries are incredible and coffee perfect. We so loved meeting the team who worked so hard. Can’t wait to go back.

Delicious chocolate croissant and the ratatouille quiche is tasty and light. Everything there looks so delicious and I’ll be going back to try a different item each time.

This bakery is hands down the best! I can’t believe we’re lucky enough to have it in Scotts Valley. I’ve brought their treats to several gatherings, and they’re always a hit—everyone raves about them! The staff, including the owner, are incredibly kind and welcoming. Their outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying a meal there, too. Not only are the baked goods chef’s kiss, but their hot dishes are amazing as well. The lasagna is easily the best I’ve ever had!

As a world traveler - I love bakeries. This one just took over a new location in a huge space which is different for a bakery. The space is really nice so can’t wait to see what else they offer. Hopefully live music- harp, piano quiet background type music. They will have two scenes. One for the morning. One for the evening with a beautiful wine bar. Prepped quiches and funky Faux cocktails. Ask for a sample. I got the herbal liquor. No alcohol with an almond pastry. The Baker is a perfectionist and the taste is nothing I’ve ever tasted except maybe in Portugal.

Vegetarian options: It’s a bakery.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free dairy free sugar free options

Parking: 15 spaces out front.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room on outside patio.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp around back.

Good new place. Love the vibe here. Wish it was wheelchair accessible since my friend complained about it so felt bad. Food is good. I like the chocolate croissant. Doesn’t feel very authentic but a good local business. Definitely not cheap but most of the food is worth the money. They also have some good day olds that are really good and more affordable.

Kid-friendliness: Good for kids lots of food for them!

Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible at the moment.

Very disappointed, probablythe worst almond and chocolate crossaints I’ve had in the Bay Area. Considering the price of $6-$10 for a baked good I’d assume freshness was a given. It wasn’t. After doing a bit of research they operate in almost every farmers market in the South Bay and Santa Cruz, have two locations and a main bakery in Santa Cruz. I assume they pump these out so quality and freshness isn’t a priority.

Like many / all reviews mentioning their almond croissant on y e l p, it’s so bad that it is a crime to label it as almond croissant. It’s no longer about personal tastes like some prefer it to have more almonds, less syrup, more almond paste, more crunch on the croissant, smashed vs not… it is simply not an almond croissant. All dough, barely any almond paste, and most importantly the dough is terrible. Like flour mixed with water with barely any butter. Nothing like croissant dough. Moreover, it tastes so bad. And they charge $10 - 11 for it. Maison Nico’s is only $5.5 ?

The reason many of us (myself included) get tricked into buying from them is that the Google or y e l p listing for their business is located in their HQ, whereas they sell in many farmers’ market. So it may be difficult to find the right listing in time to see all the reviews. People need to start leaving reviews for this specific business under the listings of the farmers’ markets they sell at. We need to save as many people as we can from terrible food.

Beautiful spot, awesome pastries. I love the gluten free options. I used to visit them at the farmer's market on the west side of SC. I'm so happy that they're in my town now :)

They have been a consistent hit at farmers markets and they have just moved into the building that used to be Malones. The bakery products are simply unrivaled. Their dough makes even a basic plain croissant a delicacy, which is to say that their unique baked delectables are out of this world. The best bakery in town, truly!

Came across this place with my mom on our lunch break, and I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for food in Scott’s Valley. It was SO delicious! The broccoli quiche was packed with so much flavor and it was a perfect size for the two of us to share. And, don’t even get me started on the lemon meringue. The marshmallow fluff on top was magnificent and as a whole, it was the perfect mix between citrus and sweet :)

What a fabulous addition to Scotts Valley ! Adorable indeed.... they have an incredibly large selection of sweet and savory pastries... I bought an apple tart for an event and it was absolutely beautiful... The patio area is so inviting and the service was exceptionally friendly....
