Affordable Catering with Mark Gallagher recently provided a buffet of appetizers for a Celebration of Life event. The selections were delicious and perfect for the situation. He was easy to work with,helpful and responsive to suggestions and needs. I recommend his services.
Chef Mark exceeded my expectations and we had a fabulous evening with great food and fun interactions. Chef Mark is personable and joyful. We really enjoyed the appetizers - all four (4!) of them!
