Drinks were good and overall the concept is cool with the space shared between multiple businesses. After Hours is only in one corner of the space. It took a bit of walking around to find the entrance (you have to walk to the back of the building and enter through the back). It wasn't the vibe we were looking for but I appreciated the uniqueness of the space. The food businesses apparently switch out on different days, so you can essentially come here for drinks and get different food if you're here on a Thursday versus a Saturday. That's pretty nifty. I just don't think it's the vibe for me, but I'd recommend it for people who have larger groups or maybe groups who want to try different cuisines. It can be fun to be surprised! I knocked off 2 stars because the service was very slow, and there was a lot of waiting since the drinks and food are 2 different lines. The space wasn't super clean either. I was there on a weekend so maybe the cleanliness and service would be better on a different night, so I wouldn't count it out. It's worth giving it a try!

This is the best bar in town. Excellent atmosphere, unique drinks, and great music. I had the Limerence cocktail and loved it.

After Hours is the bar attached to 11th Hour Coffee, the primary coffee shop that also hosts pop-up kitchens and events throughout the week (including trivia).I grabbed a drink from the bar to go with my dumplings from Full Steam. I got myself a Lavender Lemonade Cider ($8) which was a great deal and a fun drink to visually see being poured on tap. Service here was quick and painless, and I was able to get my drink and pay with no issues. For a bar inside a coffee shop, they got it going on and I'd recommend this spot to anyone looking for a more low-key experience.

I love everything about 11th hour, except the ambient music which seems to be coming from several different sources playing several different kinds of music. That is a little irritating.

Craft cocktails with fresh squeezed juices. All are well balanced. I love the exciting menu that is constantly rotating. They're also happy to create a drink on the spot if you're interested in something off menu. They also have local beers and wines. We've been 3 times now and are consistently impressed.
