Gosh, this place had a horrible vibe. The lady making the drinks looks really angry and non-approachable. The other people are always bothering you to refill your drink EVEN THOUGH my drink is over half way full. They charge for “service” even though it’s really bad. They basically force a huge tip to themselves. OUR food ended up costing 130$ and they charge 60$ for service and 30$ for a fee is general. We ended up paying 220$ for garbage food. Yall should go to IHOP or any other place but this because of how horrendous the price, food, and service was.

Not sure how to rate the place. Didn't see Eggs Sardou on menu yet. Did see Lettuce, Bacon, Goo and Tranny safe space which doesn't say anything about the food. Moss Beach Distillery has gone off the rails in that space also. I'll have to go over the hill and hopefully see Willy or have an excellent breakfast featuring Eggs Benedict with a couple of twists; spinach and light onion flavor. I spent a lot of time at 305 Beach working and/or renting open apartment(s). Thoroughly bummed that it was sold in the wrong season for quite a bit below market value.

Can’t believe this place is still open for business. To start when we get there they were upset that a family of 8 came to eat during there delivery time.
We ordered our food and another table came in of 3 people. They got their food and were just about done before we ever got ours. For 6 adults and 2 kids our bill total was 294.00 absolutely outrageous for what was ordered. And to top it off the food gave me food poisoning. Vomiting and diarrhea. Don’t go here.

When we first walked in the smell of the restaurant threw me off badly! We just wanted something quick to eat so we sufficed the smell but truly the scent of the building when you entered was not okay at all. The service was decent, not so above and beyond but not treated poorly either. I got hot chocolate which tasted as if they truly only used water and a packet from store. We bought the pancake and french toast combo, the food was just simple nothing too special or anything. I’d say the place is decent but never would recommend it to anyone or go here again. They truly need to work on air fresheners.
Main note as well the restroom is upstairs!

To expensive for the lack of service and the being told that we cannot order take out on the weekends...there was nobody dining in the restaurant and the cook was sitting at the bar drinking coffee. I have never been to an establishment that turns down money when the place is empty. It will be hard for me to return to this place after that experience and to think, the first time I ate here, I thought I had found a new place to eat breakfast every time I visit Santa Cruz.

Great location and service with a smile.
BUT : what they call hollandaise sauce is a bad mayo+ketchup mix. Breakfast potatoes had an industrial aftertaste.
Fresh orange juice was great however!
Disappointed by the food there

Do not get the eggs Benedict. Poached egg is just a medium boiled egg that’s flattened

Very unprofessional. I came in to sit down and drink a cup of coffee. The server was nice, but the boss was upset that I just ordered coffee and nothing else. To make things worse, she started going off on the waiter and getting him in trouble for seating me! How was he supposed to know thay I just wanted to order coffee and why is that a problem? Poor guy. I didn't mean to get him in trouble, I just wanted a coffee.

Tourist trap. Burgers, salad and pancake for $310 plus additional $9 for using my debit card. Wow! Quality of meat and food was as good as going to the boardwalk and going to the stalls. Our party were baffled by the price.
Crazy! I would've gone to a proper steakhouse to pay for this price. Also, if your kids can't eat whole plate and you decide to share to avoid wasting they charge you extra per plate!!
