Though process have gone up quite a bit, is still an amazing place to eat. Burgers haven't been downgraded in quality, veggies still taste fresh, and the joint is still clean and welcoming. $15 for a burger... I may not be going every month like I used to, but when I'm craving an awesome burger, Betty is always my first choice.

Stopped here on a whim.. absolutely loved everything. Service was excellent, the employees were so friendly and lively.. the burger was amazing, It was super flavorful. The Chocolate Malt was the second best I ever had.. loved Bettys Story! I will be back around next time I fly in from Erie,Pa. 🎀

The lady that helped us 10/8 evening was very nice and helpful with my little one. Service was quick, food was good. If I'm in the area I'd rather go here than Burger King or McDonald's. It can be a bit pricey, maybe paid double what we would've paid at the other two but for fresher ingredients.

The food was yummy! I ordered the 1/2 lb burger which looked small when it came but is pretty thick and filled me up. It's a Friday night and I went out with my son forgetting high school football so it was insanely loud but kids on a Friday..wasn't mad about it.

The food is yummy if you get lucky enough to get fresh ingredients or fully cooked meat. I’ve tried this location multiple times because it’s convenient and I wanted to give them another chance. I don’t know if there is a problem with their fridge/freezer or maybe they don’t fifo things properly or maybe things are left out. Multiple items have tasted of mold/fermentation/or had wilted slimy lettuce ☹️ The burger was also not cooked all the way through & had a lot of pink inside. I really wanted to be able to enjoy their food but have been disappointed by this too many times, especially since a meal is $25. I hope this is helpful and they fix whatever problem is causing this.

Good burgers, great shakes. Can't go wrong with either garlic, regular, or sweet potato fries. Its a bit inconsistent sometimes better than others.
