Bitch ass bouncer snapped my ID at the ripe age of 25. Dear employer of white male with blonde braided hair. Never entrust this man with anything. He couldn't identify a real ID from a "fake" then proceeded to snap my ID. After so allowed me into establishment. Didn't buy anything. Fuck that place if you want pictures I can post

Well, it’s definitely a college student bar, but the staff was kind and friendly as heck. If you’re looking for a spot to dance with your group of friends then this is absolutely the place for you.Music is great and also another lgbtq+, gay-friendly bar.

Now that enough time has passed after my incident I finally feel comfortable sharing my outrageous experience here. This took place on October 28 2023 during Halloween weekend so it was a pretty popular night for this establishment. I went in with three of my friends all dressed up in our costumes and after being IDd at the door, we made our way to the bar! We were just getting our evening started so I wanted to order us a round of shots that could go down easy and we all agreed on Lemon Drops and one friend also wanted a cranberry vodka. I waited at the bar for awhile before I could get the attention of a bartender (no big deal, it was a popular night). Eventually, a female bartender with long dark looked at me and just nodded so I presumed she was ready for my order. So I said "could I get four lemon drops please?" And before I could add the additional cranberry vodka to my order, the bartender actually rolled her eyes at me and turned away. So I sat back in disbelief and couldn't tell if she had heard me or if she was tiring away to make the lemon drops. She was making some friends so I assumed it was for my group. While she was making the drinks, she was talking to her fellow bartender while looking at me and rolling her eyes. I felt extremely uncomfortable but needed to order my other drink still so I politely said to her "I was just wondering if I could just add a cranberry vodka to my order?" She immediately turned away from me without acknowledging my presence or my question. I turned back to my friends to explain to them what was going on. Soon after, all of the lemon drops and the cranberry vodka was on the bar and I was surprised that she had actually heard me! I fumbled with my wallet to try to pay her as quickly as possible so I could get away from her and as I did so I accidentally took my ID and my credit card out and put them on the plastic card tray. After she ran my card she only gave me back my credit card. At this point, I wanted to get away from her so bad that I didn't think about my ID until about 10 minutes later and remembered my mistake. I went back to the bar to try to ask her about it and she wouldn't acknowledge me so I got the attention of another bartender and asked about my ID. He told me he would look for it and proceeded to do so. As he was looking for it, she pulled him aside and whispered something in his ear while looking at me and immediately after he came up to me and told me they didn't have it but I could check after they closed...at 2am. So, after asking the bouncers and everyone around the bar (maybe I had dropped it?) to no avail, I left the bar defeated. I called Blue Lagoon when they closed and they didn't have it. I called again the next day and they checked for a good 10 mins and they didn't have it. I ended up having to expedite ship my passport because I had flown in for the weekend. And I had to order a new ID. I don't have the name of this bartender but she is by far the worst person I've interacted with in a bar setting. She made me feel like garbage for no reason at all. And I tipped 20%.

The drinks were good and the ambiance was calm and welcoming. Nice place to have a convo and chill with friends.

These guys are discriminating against Latino minority! On top of that: it seems like they use Gang members as a back up guards! I experienced this two weeks ago!!

Waited in line for an hour for drinks. One of the two bartenders was counting cash. Definitely would NOT recommend.

We wandered in on a Tuesday night about 8:00 p.m. because someone on the street told us there was a free comedy show starting soon. Strong drinks, good prices, friendly service. The comedy format was 5 minute short monologues and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly right up until 10:00 p.m. when it ended. Seated at a nice banquette in the middle of the theater, almost like a comfy sofa. Some audience participation was welcomed and those up front were not heckled. Really a nice weeknight evening!
