We’ve traveled through all the states and this is the BEST chicken sandwich we’ve had. Highly recommend. It’s the worst when we crave a Chubb’s sandwich on a Sunday or Monday (they are closed). The employees also seem like they enjoy their job, always nice.

The place is super trendy and clean.The service was okay. The greeters were kind of rude and there was limited help.The sandwich was pretty good. I would recommend eating this at home because of more options for seating. This is more of a comfort food.

Their food is awesome, best chicken sandwiches, but their hours and their service is very unpredictable and definitely don't order through DoorDash! Had several orders canceled after they were accepted. So frustrating. Dine in only! So sad. Chubb's.. be better. Same when you were Kickin' Chicken.

I'm not sure why this place has such good reviews. I got the spicy chicken sandwich. I have seen many reviews mentioning that it's very juicy: no it is not juice. It's grease, you could literally see grease/oil dripping off as you're holding the sandwich.I'm not sure what kind of sauce they use in the mac & cheese, but it was disgusting. I'm a big fan of mac & cheese, this one was so bad that I couldn't even finish eating a single bite. It all went into trash.The fries were a little salty, but compared to the rest, it was fine.

There is always a line but worth the wait. Order online to skip the line; most orders are ready for pickup in 20 minutes. The Nashville Chicken Sandwich with slaw is my favorite quick dinner. The fries are yummy but eat them right away ... Don't let them get cold! All food is served from a window so there isn't really an atmosphere to judge, although you can sit in the nearby lounge area which is comfortable.

I got the fried chicken sandwich with coleslaw and my friend Nashville hot chicken sandwich, but by the third bite neither of us could finish our sandwiches. The chicken is heavily greased, which is usually fine for fried chicken except you could taste how dirty the oil was. The smell is overwhelmingly foul when ordering at the window, its smells like rotten fish. If you've ever worked at a restaurant and emptied the grease traps, that's what the chicken smells and tastes like. Glad I tried but I wouldn't eat here again.

Alright, this is just a honest review based on my opinion as someone who's had a LOT of fried chicken. The flavor combinations/ spice they've got are seriously good, the quality of the sandwich is seriously not. The breading is grease trapping, oily, and just strange. The main problem was the fact that you could obviously tell that they haven't cleaned their frying oil in a WHILE, the chicken tastes like old oil itself. It's been a half an hour and I'm feeling nauseous and heavy.... And I only ate half before I had to tap out. Maybe it's the best in Santa Cruz, but that's not a compliment. Hope they step it up.

And now we go once a week. The only thing is, I suggest one must acquire Discipline before trying. It is literally addicting. Five star

This is the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. The fact that it is gluten free is mind blowing. The bun is otherworldly good. Add fries and mash potatoes and gravy to deliver the best meal ever. I can’t say enough about how great this place is.

So hot, so fresh, so crispy, so juicy...It was worth both of the price and the calories!! And the wait. It's almost like a chicken sandwich speakeasy. It's in between the 11th hour and the after hours. If you find it, you have to try it. Spicy chicken was just spicy enough and dripping goodness. Only wish it was a little less greasy (maybe pat down with kitchen towel after frying?) otherwise absolutely perfect.
