Cashier took my order incorrectly and the barista that made the wrong order was incredibly rude about fixing it. They also took the time to make my incorrect drink to their liking and begin drinking it, before fixing my order. I also had to listen to them complain about their manager loudly which was unprofessional and unpleasant.

Great spot for coffee or a bagel. Enjoyed my 30min break with a good book and a bagel w/cream cheese. Bagels are from my favorite local spot the Bagelry.
Staff is always friendly and the vibe is welcoming with a casual setting. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.

I go to Coffeetopia on a regular basis to socialize with friends. I am an avid tea drinker, so I love that they have a unique selection of teas. Their coffee is great as well, and I love that they make fresh bagels courtesy of The Bagelry (another delicious, local Santa Cruz business).
