Oh my GOD, their dark roast is the best coffee I've ever tasted! They make it stronger than anyone else in Santa Cruz, what a gem! Also they’re the only place with dark roast decaf, it’s fantastic !
One of several locations throughout Santa Cruz, this one is laid back with friendly staff and good coffee. There is quite a lot of space outdoors and indoors to sit down and enjoy your coffee, and perhaps read a book or catch up on emails or with a friend.

I arrived there at 9:30 on a Sunday morning. Toilet was filthy. No toilet paper. They were using napkins as paper towels. Drinking water station was empty. Lazy service.
This could be a great mellow place to come during the week or a weekend, but the way it is run makes me never want to return.
The food tasted good, but I was questioning if they washed their hands before making it...
