Companion Bake Shop is the real deal. Their stuff looks like it was baked in Europe with that rustic authentic feel. And the flavors are strong without being overwhelming & pastries are NOT overly sweet. I just wish they sold India Joze CHAI.
I have been to Companion bakery twice.
At friends houses I have had bread a ton of times.
Also I understand they give a lot of bread and other baked goods to Food Banks. I believe in supporting business's that help the community.
Every time I eat there bread it is delicious.
I am sensitive to sugar and the wheat bread with seeds or without always is sugar free. It is very hard now a days to find a bread without sugar.
I will continue...

I really love the food but OMG I have never been to a place that has such consistently grumpy staff. I have been coming here for five years. I have some curiosity about management given the staff 🤔
