This was a Great Hole in the wall. Best Seafood boil I ever had. It just feel like ppl gave it bad reviews so they themselves or someone they know can take that prime piece of real estate. After a 12hr shift I decided to take the Hour long Drive so I could enjoy the Delicious Food. We saw the lights were off upon arrival, we ask the hot pot restaurant if they knew why the Crazy Crab was closed and they just told us they were closed for good. That news hurt more then the Niners losing

Honestly have no words to say other than shocking disappointment. Outside seating is literally next to a parking lot with mismatched aged tableware. I found out later you were allowed to sit outside, so do so if you can. Not sure if it's my fault for having unrealistic expectations or being falsely misled by advertising. This is a Chinese restaurant, not a Caribbean or seafood themed one, selling seafood. Food was being served from next door Sesame Grill. Because the KING CRAB and CRAYFISH were sold out, we didn't think it was worth it to get the combo. Instead we got the SHRIMP FRIED RICE and LOBSTER POPCORN. Do not recommend, it was not filling. It is our fault for not getting the signature item, but should have just left instead, but the cashier was standing in front us so we felt guilty.Staff are nice people, but do not recommend if you aren't doing takeout.

Every single bite was delicious! We ordered 4 appetizers, the tempura shrimp were cooked in the neighboring Korean restaurant. I ordered the big Dungeness crab and 2 lbs of shrimp, mild spicy. The shrimp were HUGE! Perfectly cooked, messy, and delicious. The manager came out and cracked open our crab for us. They did provide gloves and bibs. This is not a meal for the fancy date night, but so much fun!

Start off with saying we LOVED every single bite! It was a tiny bit upsetting that they are having delays in getting their crawfish shipments, but totally not their fault.We got the combo with a whole huge freshly boiled lobster, and 2 pounds of prawns. We ordered it in the traditional just garlic butter (husband doesn’t eat spicy) and I ordered the spicy butter for me to dip. The spicy dipping sauce was so flavorful with a perfectly spicy kick. It was all so good we cannot wait to go back with friends and family.The very sweet owner was a pleasure to have as our cook and server, he was super caring, helpful, and attentive.Hoping before we leave we can try at-least one of his other two restaurants that are attached to this one.

Dont go here the customer service is horrible. They are rude they couldn't seat us to a table cause their was only one waitress working cause of that they stop taking orders but yet they had people at the other tables. I wish i could give them a 0 start review

ordered on their website for pickup. got there and was told my online payment was aborted even though my bank approved the transaction. I asked for the order to be cancelled to no avail. ended up having to pay again in cash just to get my food. the pending transaction went through the next day. DO NOT ORDER ON THEIR SITE!

Amazing this is the only SEAFOOD restaurant. We are not from the area. We arrived about 9 p.m. whew.. just before closing.There was only two other diners eating inside, so we were hoping for a delicious meal. It is a bit expensive. The young lady cashier/waitress is friendly, helpful, and very attentive to her customers A+.We ordered crab, crayfish, shrimp, lobster, and garlic noodles. The service was actually quick. The garlic noodles are very delicious and very garlicky. Perfect!The corn is very fragrant as is sits in your bag of food. Oh yeah...your meal comes in a see-thru bag. If you eat in expect a paper across your table and feel free to leave your shells on the table in pile. All the food is delicious.We met the owner a very pleasant, happy, and humble man.The only thing I would like to suggest is removing the waste in the shrimp. I know there is a machine to make it easier.There are two sink stations to wash your hands after your meal. The soap used there smells awful long after ( same as in their restroom) dries out your skin.Also it would be nice if they would remove the table from the HANDICAP PARKING..The parking lot is VERY small and you need to literally squeeze yourself out of your vehicle because of how close the parking spots are here.

Very cheap restaurant. You’d expect a nice decent restaurant when going out to eat an expensive meal but instead they brought out drinks in red party cups. There were a lot of flies. Disappointed with the overall experience honestly. The restaurant was completely understaffed only two servers working for a full restaurant. The wait was not worth it. You could tell they cheaped out on a lot of things. Not a dining experience it has a fast food place atmosphere and not a restaurant atmosphere.

$80 meal right here in the attached picture. 1 king crab leg, a handful of mussels and clams, and a corn. I was a little bummed out from how the menu said "king crab legs," but only got one leg. It's ok though, crab isn't cheap, so I understand.Good meal though, even though the sauce was mostly a puddle of oil.

The server was clueless. The steamed rice was not cooked correctly and was dirty. The fried rice was burnt. The calamari was huge and she told us it was little. She brought out an appetizer that we did not even order! The crab boil was ok but the shrimp was not deceived. The kids chicken wings came out almost 5 minutes after the crab boil. Just infuriating and then they had the nerve to change a gratuity. We were not informed that there would be a gratuity on parties of 5 or more. I was highly dissatisfied!
