This place is very clean, the homemade ice cream is delicious and the milkshakes are to die for! It has a very homey vibe and excellent customer service! We'll be back!!

On the way back from a quick gym sesh to my apartment u decided to make a pit stop at Cruz Creamery out of curiosity as I've always passed by while going to and from the gym. Inside it's big and spacious with lots of seating arrangements for the enjoyment of your sweet treat of choice. What caught my attention was the very large selection of fruity sorbets. After taking a glimpse at all of the ice cream flavors, the worker let me know that they also serve frozen yogurt. I'm a hoe for yogurtland so this was exactly what i needed to cure my cravings. The flavors i chose weee the chocolate and peanut butter frozen yogurts. The only thing i found disappointing was that the chocolate came out in a thinner melted consistency than the peanut butter flavor. The best part about frozen yogurt for me has to be the toppings and they have all of the classic favorite toppings such as, popping boba, fresh fruit, crushed candy, and you dven get the option of a syrup that you can drizzle over on top of everything. I can't wait to visit again and try more of what they have to offer.

nigga the ice cream is good as hell they got mad flavors and the price is fair, the white dude at the front was mad chill too but lemme explain why 3/5 stars. took a bitch here one time and our relationship crashed and burned now i cant have the ice cream without being annoyed lol still good doe

Move over Mariannes's!I love Marianne's and have always stopped there when I'm in Santa Cruz. But it is expensive and often crowded. I decided to try Cruz Creamery while I waited for my car to charge up a block away. I'm impressed!They make their own ice cream in house and the gal behind the counter was helpful, letting me try a few flavors before I made my decision. She also steered me away from a flavor that she said had not been a success, which I really appreciated. I asked for a single scoop 1/2 and 1/2, which she was happy to do. The $5 scoop was generous and I had a choice of cup, sugar or cake cone. The ice cream was delicious and It so appreciated the friendly service!

Staff was not friendly. We came about 20 minutes before closing and the frozen yogurt section was still open but the spoons for toppings were not out. The staff could have said that it was closed and it would have been fine. My moms ice cream was old. The bananas for the banana split were brown (like banana bread brown). Definitely do not recommend this place

Amazing different flavors to choose from and very filling, not two sweet nor blend. Perfect creaminess texture. The service was also impeccable, the blonde employee kept making sure I knew where everything was and was attentive. It was lastly a quiet and peaceful ambiance of a place, I would definitely go there again and look forward to it!
