We’ve been fans of Chef Damien’s other endeavors for some time but this iteration is elevated to new levels and might be the best kept secret in Santa Cruz! The food is a wide range from Asian fusion to Brewery pub classics. Each dish has a beautiful balance of flavor and richness yet feels light and clean. The beers on tap vary from other local spots so you try some new Monterey bay local breweries. The ambience is classic old diner mashed up with skate/ surf culture with rock leanings. Bar scene with a tv and kind, warm people equals, great spot to watch a game. In short, this place is a gem and we always feel like we are scoring a new secret spot. Go now before it gets line out the door busy!

Great staff, great vibes, amazing happy hour menu, dope bathrooms. I stayed here for hours enjoying delicious food and I want rushed at all. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I'm super impressed with their menu and this brussel sprouts salad was one of the best I ever had. They did a great job with the flavor profiles, pickled onions, how it's seasoned and dressed. It's bomb and I've never had anything like it.

The service was great. Our server was very attentive and responsive. The atmosphere was fair. It is a nice inside but cold. They had all the doors open. The host person was kind enough to close one of the doors. The food was overpriced and not very good. Our chicken was dry, out gluten free bun was $3 more for a $19 dollar sandwich . I wouldn't recommend this place. The higher rating was only about the service.

Server was lovely but the food was terrible, super oily and just didn't sit nicely, real shame

Great chill vibes, good happy hour, good attentive service. The brussel sprouts are amazing unlike anything I’ve ever had. I really enjoyed the yummy slaw accompanied w the chicken skewers. You can tell the peanut butter sauce is homemade. I would have preferred them a little more charred and grilled but otherwise delicious. I love chill Lowkey places with great food. A dope little gastropub and the HH wine was delicious. I have red and white.Vegetarian options: Papaya salad, roasted brussel sprouts, veggie burger, leafy green salad, miso sesame salad, vegan poke, grilled cheese, fries, edamameKid-friendliness: I’m not sure about kid friendly food but this kid about 1 years old had a time at the booth with his mom and enjoyed the brussel sprouts and I was beyond impressed lol

The feel of a converted dinner. Mostly booths with some free standing tables. Beer selection was decent. The chicken sandwich was really good (pulled chicken with tasty slaw). Others had the (huge) burger and gave it an A+. My wife had the Blackened Fish Sandwich...she wasn't crazy about it, tasted bland. But that's not enough for me to knock a star off.

The food menu is very creative and everything we ordered was delicious. The waiter was super friendly and accommodating for our large group and our dog. The drink menu features plenty of local options and great cocktails.

We went here for our post wedding rehearsal and had a fairly big group. The food was REALLY good. My favorite , id have to say we're the mash potatoes. Alone without gravy it was so good! Then it's the sliders, the salad and then the steak was OK. It was chewy, not a melt in your mouth steak. But the chicken was SO GOOD also! I do have to say, I did see one of the workers take cake from our table however little did I know my family was being goofballs and said it was someone's birthday so that the crowd could sing happy birthday to him and give him a cake!--it was no one's birthday lol! But the staff did such a good job. They were very patient with us. They even allowed us to take alllll of our food to go! We didn't want it to go to waste so we packed everything lmao. The desserts were good also. I definitely recommend this place!
