Unfortunately I can't say one thing good about this Dennys. Dirty place terrible service the food was horrible there was 7 of us and nobody finished there food or wanted to take it with them. Hate to say it but this location should be shut down. Dennys Corp makes good food and has good service even if there busy. This location and the personnel should all be fired and closed.

It's Denny's not a whole lot. You can say I sometimes have a craving for breakfast at dinner time. So I go sit down and have eggs and half browns and sausage, and it hits the spot

Terrible food, service, and the restaurant smelled of sewage. Homeless people camped against the walls of the building randomly screaming. Toilet in the mens room was clogged and overflowing... thus the smell of raw sewage. The server when told about the state of the restroom just shrugged. On top of all that they did not get any order correct. I would eat out of the gutter in front of this place before I stepped inside again.

Wherever we have gone Denys has always been our choice, but today we had no luck at this place. We waited 40 minutes for our table to be brought to our table and then waited another half hour and a little more for food to be brought that was not what was ordered. I hope they can improve these shortcomings. Thank you.

Denny's in Santa Cruz provides consistent, mid-level food. Service by friendly people The booths and tables reflect 1960's American culture. Hours of operation include evenings when most other eateries are closed. It is open on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve and New Years Day.

I used to enjoy dining at this place, but this time, I was disappointed. The portion size was noticeably smaller, than usual !! and the waiter didn’t even bring any cutlery for us , we should wait . It was an unpleasant experience

Honestly, food was superb! Loved the meals and food. Milkshakes and smoothies were out of this world! The main issue was this branch was severely understaffed, only saw one staff and kitchen was almost deserted, not even sure how they kept this branch running.

The wait was so long everybody got their food we all ate while my daughter waited patiently for her food and finally got it it was burnt the waitress was a sweet heart I felt bad for her because we were upset that it took so long I said something about the food being burnt and she said the manager didn’t want to compensate us for the food so let that be said I will never eat there again. There wasn’t that many people inside the tables, but there was a line completely out the door for people waiting for to get seated

I was here today on Christmas day and there was many empty tables but still didn't get seated until about an hour later. I have not seen a Denny's with the worst service, all and I mean all the ladies were very rude, no Christmas or holiday spirit, no smiles nothing, we asked them for jalapeños for our order and the waitress forgot and ended up giving them to us after we had already started eating, she ordered them after she brought us our plates. We asked them for a container to go and the lady hardly paid any attention to us and gave us a mad or unhappy look. No good customer service at all. They were playing heavy metal in the back ground, it's Christmas today, where's the Christmas music, the Christmas spirit for God's sake. I am very unhappy with how we were constantly ignored and treated. A new staff should be hired.
