I placed an order 1hr before close time & the tracker remain at prep for 45 min. 10 min. from close time, my order was canceled. Called store manager, Jose was condescending and patronizing! Stay away
you never delivered my pizza. and when i called to check the stats no one answered. I even spoke to your delivery guy. 1252? really? he couldnt bring 1220 on the same run? you guys are unbelievably unprofessional. now i have no food for my 12am-8am shift. thanks a ton. Order number 1006731.
p.s. i understand that you guys dont get paid much, but im pretty sure its your job to follow up with customers when a pizza doesnt get delivered.
