Two hours from order to delivery, estimate was 25 minutes. Food was over an hour in Quality Check in the online tracker. It arrived cold, 1.5 hours after it was backed. Worst service ever.

The previous reviews are right. Don’t order from here. I made an order last night a half hour before closing and waited until 3am thinking it would show up. Called this morning and they hung up on me. Drove to their store to talk to the person who hung up on me and he called the manager. So they offered store credit or to remake the food. Sounds like they basically did this to a number of people last night and are basically stealing our money and closing out orders.

Ordered 30 dollars worth of food and it was never delivered. I payed for it they never contacted me nor answer the phone when I called the restaurant to try and track my order. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant I do not recommend ever ordering pizza from this dominos.

Waited on my pizza for 3 hours and still didn’t get it because the boy I spoke to cussed at me, hung up the phone on me and cancelled my order when I explicitly stated I still wanted my pizza especially after waiting so long. He was upset because I called to inquire about a refund or store credit for the inconvenience. The second boy I spoke to was pretending to be the manager, both were incredibly hostile and rude. Never ordering from here again, never a good experience.

Driver called for directions & didn’t show up. Called the store 20 minutes later & was told that it was still in route. Over 2 hours later I call again for them to tell me it was delivered, & if I insist I didn’t get it that all he could do is refund me. I asked if the driver could show me where he left it at least & he said that they weren’t going to come back over. I told him I wouldn’t order there again & he cheerfully said “fine.” I called back & asked for the manager, pretty pissed at this point. The whole reason I ordered delivery was because my car started overheating on the way home, & the money they charged was all I had for dinner that night. The manager sounded very young & unprofessional. Extremely defensive, rude, & immature responses. Not trained on how to handle unhappy customers. It felt like I was talking to a sensitive high school student. He hung up because my being upset offended him. I had to call back, & he finally agreed to replace the order. Lost another customer.

Ordered several items. They did not have the gluten free crust we paid for online. Called by Jose who said they would send a 20 oz diet soda instead with regular crust pizza. Delivery driver nearly gave our order to our neighbor and no soda. Called back to the store. On hold for 5-10 minutes. Jose said he would talk to the manager. Still no soda delivery, sent a pizza we did not order and overcharged. Save yourself and get your pizza elsewhere.

Kyle and Damien deserve raises for having to be the only two working (making and delivering the orders...only 2 guys) past 2AM. I felt so bad they were that short staffed. I'm a retail manager and my philosophy is keep your employees happy and your customers will be happy.

Worst service and management ever. They didn't deliver part of my order and when I called to get a refund on the undelivered part they told me they couldn't do it, were rude as hell Straight up stole my money.

Didnt deliver part of my order and when I called to ask for a refund they were rude as hell and only offered me a discount next order... Order at your own risk they suck. The pizza was overcooked crap too
