Five Guys should've put it's competition out of business long ago. People you must try it, you will never settle for less again.

No problems with service or atmosphere, only that good was so greasy that the bag was soaked after 15 minutes. Also the fry portions were quite good.

The gentleman of the color of the grill was too impolite and racist, when I entered the store I asked him for the bathroom code and he told me that I was not going to buy anything WITHOUT KNOWING THAT I WAS GOING TO ORDER A HAMBURGER BUT FIRST I HAD TO USE THE BATHROOM. ALREADY WITH THAT SITUATION I DECIDED TO LEAVE THE PLACE. IT WAS RACIST TO SEE THAT I AM A LATINA WOMAN!!!!!

Disappointing experience today. The buns were cold, and although every order comes in a box, the inside was a complete mess — everything tossed around and unorganized. Really unfortunate… no luck today.

This place is wild. The burgers here have no integrity. They're falling apart when you get them. And there's way too much hamburger (and no one loves hamburger more than me) for a single serving. Also the buns are weak. They're practically dissolving into the mushroom morass that coats the burger patties. I'm honestly shocked that this is a chain that people eat at. Y'all are crazy. Good staff though, they were nice and I believe if they were given better buns they could turn things around. And +1 star because I couldn't tell if the grit in my mouth as I was eating was from spending time at the beach or was part of the meal.

Pretty good food but wow was it expensive..I was not expecting that. I bought food for my wife and 2 little kids and it was $55. I didn't even order for myself, otherwise it would have been nearly $70. Not exactly fast food prices, but they do give you ALOT of fries so that was nice.

Clean place and lot of room to sit down. Also, lot of homeless hanging outside the establishment.

The only Five Guys in Santa Cruz since the one at the Capitola Mall shut down, with your standard Five Guys experience. The fries are good and plentiful, and the burgers are delicious with whatever vegetables you want on top. There's other options as well such as a vegetarian sandwich and hot dogs.

Burgers are so good. Got the Cajun fries and those were the best. Right amount of spice.
Little burger has one patty and regular has two patties. I think one patty is enough for adults.
Solid burger. Best Cajun fries I’ve ever had at any Five Guys over many states and years. Cooked crispy yet still with potato in the frys and not the usual extra greasy and floppy fries. Great food, lousy metered street or paid lot parking. Oh well.

Fast service from a friendly staff. Clean bathrooms with access code.
The restaurant is on a corner on the south side of Santa Cruz's Pacific Ave pedestrian shopping area. Good people watching.
Close street parking and a paid lot half a block away.

Fries were excellent and crispy and hot. The chocolate/peanut butter milkshake was tasty. The cheeseburgers had good meat but the bread was greasy and soggy. Why do they wrap up the burgers in foil, when we were dining in? The bread wouldn't have been as soggy if they hadn't wrapped the burgers. One of the two soda machines wasn't working. We paid $45 for 2 cheeseburgers, 1 regular fries, 1 soda and 1 milkshake. Plus $2 for an hour of parking. Overall, a disappointing experience. Not nearly as good as In-n-Out burgers!
