I typically prefer to support local businesses, but you would be better heading down the street to TJs for any flower needs. Terrible, rude florists who got irritated when we asked to buy prebuilt arrangements. The only considerate staff here are the baristas. It’s absolutely not worth the higher prices.We arrived half an hour before closing and asked inside about getting two bouquets put together. The staff instructed us to go to the parking lot pop-up outside, but the florist there said they were leaving soon, as their shift was over in 25 minutes, and we needed to ask inside (or come back tomorrow afternoon). After waiting for a florist inside, we were told that they could not assemble any flowers because they were preparing online orders.We were hoping to gift the flowers tonight, and if they had just been upfront about not being able to arrange a bouquet, we could have happily gone to another local store before everything closed. Instead, we got repeatedly told they could help us and then treated like we were wasting their time with an unreasonable request. There’s no need to treat someone with so much hostility when they’re just trying to figure out how to give you money.

Had flowers delivered to my mother in law and she was blown away by the arrangement delivered. I'm not local to Santa Cruz so I was really trusting the images on the website when I chose this shop. Her excitement about the arrangement was worth every penny. Thank you Flower Bar for making such a great arrangement and delivering it to my hard working mother in law. She deserves the recognition and I couldn't have done it without Flower Bar! 10/10 would recommend.

Great matcha, terrible iced coffee (watery and sour), the cafe bar looked clean but everything else was grubby with fingerprints. Cute concept but not necessarily worth going out of your way like we did. There are more humble flower shops and better coffee all over this town
