Disappointed. Very.
We were out there on Sunday, after hotel checkout on our way to the Wharf to do one last bout of fishing...
This was on the way, and in the past, I have enjoyed Foster's Freeze and its food.
My wife got the corn dog meal and I ordered the regular burger and an order of overpriced mozzarella sticks.
When I grab my order, I ask for extra marinara, noting there was NO marinara on the tray...
That's when I find out they don't have any marinara (Had they mentioned that at the beginning, I would have never ordered them, but... fine, whatever).
Also, they don't allow for refills even dining in.
Just FYI.
No wonder it was empty at 12 noon on a Sunday... I've experienced better service at a 7/11.
It's fosters freeze. Enough said.
Good food.
$37 and change for a burger with 2 patties, lettuce, bacon, and mayo. No tomato. A small fry and medium Pepsi. I also had a med twister. I could have gotten 3 #1's at in and out for that price. Unless you have money to just throw away cause and y
ou are already miserable, then eat here. It's not worth the money. Sorry froster freeze.
I’m afraid Foster’s Freeze has lost their touch.
After living in Santa Cruz for 45 years, I made a move to Oklahoma.
I needed to come back for a week during my birthday week and decided to stop in for one of my standard favorites that was always a favorite, their Root beer freeze.
But what I was given was more like root beer soda with a little bit of vanilla flavoring.
I was super disappointed. I guess they are cutting back on the ice cream portions because of tariffs or something but it was just disappointing.
Good thing I found a good place down the street from my apartment in Tulsa that still makes a real root beer freeze, so I will get one of those when I get back to Oklahoma.
Great experience the manager was hilarious
Enjoyed the cheeseburger ? and fries, especially the ice cream ?.

Any place dumb enough to charge for water is a place not worthy of business. The icing: I had $1 cash and they gave me a small for 74¢ because the medium was $1.14 after a 3.5% credit card upcharge. I just paid for $18 worth of food. Okay Scrooge McDuck I'm not coming back out of principle alone. Say you don't want my business without telling me you don't want my business.

The cheese burger was very saucy the way i like it. Service wasnt the best but its pretty much fastfood. No napkins at all with my saucy burger . Good thing i took the coffee pack from the hotel, it had napkins.
