Books and games to read inside and beautiful tea options to share. Everything is beautiful and you can tell the space is very intentional. Would be a great spot to take someone and chat for hours. This place is a cult. 1. They dress in robes. 2. Incense and gong music. 3. No technology to ‘focus on yourselves and others’ but ample board games, magazines, books - nah, you gotta double down, get rid of all that noise if you want ppl to ‘focus’ on themselves or others. 4. Staff so focused on trying to look calm and maintain this sorta sus vibe that they end up looking high strung. I imagine the employee (cult) handbook is bursting with rules that they have to keep track of.
3 stars cuz their puerh is good. Puerh is a hard tea for beginners to make (sourcing, prep, and brewing put other loose leaf tea to shame) so I think this does fill an interesting niche, it just doesn’t need all the cultish pretense!
I’m only going out of way to leave a review to give people this knowledge before they unknowingly step into a cult HQ. Hope this helps.

This place has changed my life, honestly. I was shown this place when I was quitting smoking and other habits, and this brought me into a whole new mindset. Since finding this gem of a spot, I’ve made my own tea tray, am understanding the intricacies of the ceremony, and have gained a new perspective.
The owner is so kind and always willing to share his story and lessons. The shop itself is filled with authenticity. It’s a must see. A great way to time travel to pre-internet/social media haha. Thank you!!

So relaxing and one of the best atmospheres you can get in the United States. The tea is delicious and the overall vinyl selection and music is a perfect combination for relaxing with a good book or a good friend
Such a beautiful experience! Very beginner friendly and such a peaceful atmosphere. They do ask that you be digital free for the time you are there inside, so if you’re looking for a spot to reconnect or go on a first date, this is the place! Everyone was super friendly and they offer games to play. Also a good place to just sit and drink tea while reading a book! It’s 16 dollars for the table and then you pay for the tea ranging from 5-23 dollars that will literally last you for hours! And at the end of the experience if you have not been there for long, they’ll wrap the leaves for you to take home! Love love this place!!
