The girls who work here are always such a mood killer. I hate when I walk into Jamba happy and cheerful and im greeted with the worst attitude. I try asking how their day was and I get the most dry answers and blank stares. Ladies if this job is crushing your soul that much GET A NEW JOB. You are in control of your own life. Life is too short to just be in a pissy mood because you arent capable of getting a job that makes you happy. Youre in SC for goodness sakes go take a walk on the beach.

I had a very bad experience with one of the workers. Very rude and honestly pretty fake. It your going to be working somewhere that involves people you have to be nice.

horrible experience do not go here, asked for a pretzel extra hot and it came out cold and hard and my smoothies were melted by the time i got them, workers were slow and coughing everywhere, they were talking bad about other people while working, if there was a zero star i would give them it

Came back to visit Santa Cruz and grabbed poke and a smoothie. I asked the cashier what was their most popular drink and they suggested the mango one: I am a big mango fan so this was perfect for me! It was tropical, not too sweet tasting. I might get these instead of my typical go getter. The shop is very clean and located in downtown San Jose.

They did not want to sell a juice 1h30 before closeting time. I get to wrap up early but this is a little exaggerated

Ordered a few smoothies online and was there at the time it said they would be ready. I checked the counter and did not see them. I waited 5 minutes because they were busy and I was a little bit early. When I go up to ask about my order I'm rudely told it's been taken to the back. When I ask why I'm told so they wouldn't melt. Now I wouldn't have minded except it was made out to be my fault because I didn't ask... that is exactly what I was doing. In fact I'm pretty sure they took my order to the back while I was sitting right there and did not call out my name. I let the lady know this and she proceeded to tell me I needed to ask for them.... with a ton of attitude. There is no sign anywhere or on the confirmation for your order that states you need to ask for it because it will be held in the back. I was literally there when I was told they would be ready. And now I realize they took my order to the back right in front of me without calling my name. Customer service here is kinda whack. I asked her to cancel my order because I felt uncomfortable with how she was talking to me and the matter of service. I'm hoping for a refund but who knows! I have a heart condition and honestly this whole situation made me feel like I needed to get out of there as quickly as possible. So stressful. I'll be reaching out to management or have my spouse do it because this whole this has been ridiculous.

Sunny day and a smoothie. Definitely recommend the savory pretzel, the sweet one was a little plain but still good.

They charge you $.25 for the cup when you buy a drink. What a scam.
