Perfect spot for a romantic date night. We sat outside on the patio. The temperature was around the 50's but they had patio heaters. We both took off our coats and were in short sleeves and warm. The food was phenomenal! Can't go wrong with anything you order from the menu. Overall, great experience!

What an overrated restaurant! My roasted chicken tasted like it had been in the oven for 5 days. Costco rotisserie chicken tastes way better than that. The other mains (all kebabs) were also overcooked. Someone needs to introduce these cooks to the concept of tender meat!

Food was very bland and seemed like something that was microwaved before serving. Look elsewhere for authentic Mediterranean

The service was the best part of this whole experience. Food was mediocre and too small in portions for what they charge. Kabobs were very small and dry. Salad was dry and old lettuce was included. The bread came with a dish of oil which wasn’t even seasoned enough with herbs or garlic.
Atmosphere, we sat inside and it looked old and dark.

My husband and I went there to celebrate her five year wedding anniversary. His meal was fabulous and he was incredibly happy with it, as per usual. We truly love this restaurant. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with my meal. But the waitress fixed it immediately! And that is why I tipped her back the whole amount of the meal that she helped me with. Good service, great food, and just because there was a problem with my food, doesn't mean that the rest of it wasn't delicious!!

Food was excellent! I had the burger and it was so flavorful! My husband had the sea bass and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great service too. Thumbs up from us!

The staff were nice and helpful, the decor was great, but the food quality was lacking for the price paid. My wife and I appreciate a location down town means the costs will be above average, however the food lacked flavor. The dishes, starting with the Mediterranean platter were bland and lacked the pizzazz that should be on par with the rest of the establishments decor and hard working employees. A dinner for two that is north of $100 is not worth the table we sat at. This is especially true for parents on a date night who are already paying for the sitter and any sort of entertainment before or after dinner.

Met for dinner before going to the Symphony for the evening. Easy to access and walk tot he Civic for the show ! Food is reliable tasty and always have great service. The variety of appetizers, salads, meats and preparation is inspired and have yet to leave here disappointed.

We enjoyed a very romantic dinner in Laila's courtyard (outdoor) dining space with its ivy covered walls, fragrant fall weather, attentive service, and flavorful cuisine. Thank you for creating the environment for a very romantic dinner date with my wife!

It's one of my favorite restaurants. Between the outside area, with its perfect ambience and the tastiness of your offerings, you can't go wrong. ♥️👏🏻

We had a magical evening with friends seated in what we call “the secret garden” patio. The lighting, natural foliage, and gas heaters made it exciting and cozy. Our server was the epitome of professional...attentive, accommodating, and non-intrusive....he even brought taster shots of the wine before we chose our favorite, a dry floral white from northwestern Spain. The food is unique in the way the chefs use and combine exotic spices....every appetizer, meat, veggie, carb, and dessert was created with the utmost care. The soup was flagrant and bold without overwhelming our tastebuds. The Caesar salad was unique with accents of cilantro and mint. We scraped the mixed sauces and dips platter clean with the fresh flatbreads. The chicken, lamb, and filet mignon kabobs were tender and juicy, and the eggplant entrée was prepared in luscious layers. The raisin rice and mixed fresh and colorful veggie sides were the perfect complements. We chose 3 desserts to share...a bright cardamom crème brûlée, a flourless rich dark chocolate torte, and the most scrumptious pistachio baklava we've ever eaten...all topped off with warm chai. The entire experience could not have been more relaxing and delightful. We all agreed to come back again soon and try the other exciting menu offerings.

We were there last night for dinner. Everything was great. The food was excellent. There were many great options on the menu so it was hard to decide. Service was very good. We did not sit on the patio, but it was very nice. Reminded me of restaurants in some European capitols. The noise level is quite high so you have to almost shout. Only negative. We will be back for sure.

Totally delightful experience celebrating a birthday! Outdoor patio charming, service exceptional and food delicious! Split a apricot flatbread as an appetizer; particularly tasteful!

I loved the food and atmosphere here, a great place to catch up with old friends over a good meal. Quiet and comfortable with very attentive service. The Mantoo is a must try. Prices seemed a bit high for the portions though.
