5 stars for food, 0 for the customer service. Ordered quesabirrias on DoorDash only to find out the restaurant gave my dasher the wrong order with a burrito. Called the restaurant and explained the situation and they completely denied that it was their fault. Didn’t even offer a refund or substitute.

The carne asada jumbo burrito is the best burrito I’ve ever had and I’ve had many burritos up and down California and in other states. Also the 3 quesa birria tacos were so flavorful. Un savor super original e inolvidable!!! Came here twice during our two day stay in Santa Cruz (visiting from San Diego)
