It's hard to overstate how excellent the quality of food is here. I had always thought the best Mexican food was in Watsonville, but this place has proved me wrong.

We got most an assortment of items from the menu, but there really wasn't a single thing that was anything less than amazing. I'd say the highlights were the quesadilla (we got carne asada), the super burrito, and the tacos.

I tried the shrimp super burrito and the pineapple agua fresca and they were both delicious! Great serving size and taste. The staff is very friendly and I had a great meal here. I would definitely recommend this food truck!

My favorite birria in Santa Cruz! I personally think this is my favorite Mexican food overall as well. The quesadilla de birria and quesabirria are both great, as are the pupusas.

The only weird thing about this place is that the food tastes a little bit different each time I go. It's not really a complaint though: the food is always delicious anyways!

Definitely try los viejones if you haven't already!
