They need to update their website and hours to reflect when they are actually open. It sucks to be misdirected and walk 35 minutes for the place to be closed. I could go anywhere to buy good coffee in santa cruz. I will go back to places that don't say they are open early when they are not.

Looking forward to trying Lulu’s newer location. On google says opens every day at 6am. Got there like 7:10am and the sign on the door says open every day 7-2. But light off and still closed not close to opening and it’s after 7am. I would still like to try the food photos look good but today frustrating to drive there and it’s closed.

The west side LuLu’s now roasts their own beans almost daily. I’ve tried espresso at every coffee shop in town and this location wins freshest and most intricate tasting coffee in Santa Cruz. Always great service and good vibes.

Just came in for the first time since Lulus took over this location. I was very impressed with the diligence of the server who was working the cafe on his own. I have very picky requests and he covered them all perfectly and with a smile. I will be back!
