The good, wholesome, god-fearing people of Santa Cruz county have long wished breakfast with solar EV charging. Now they have it!.
For you EV driving electron huggers out there you are in luck: There are a dozen level 3 chargers. Yeah, this place has Tesla superchargers but skip those if youre not in a rush. Instead use the Blink solar powered charging just a few 100 feet from those big red & white tesla vulvas next to Diversity Center
Food: healthy eaters and particularly plant-based consumers such as level-5 vegans and non-commital vegetarians will be accommodated here.
I had a burrito that was stunningly delicious. They put tofu and soyrizzo inside the burrito! This had had the effect of making Damn near the best veggie wrap I have ever had had in this town!!!!!!!!!
in addition, the barista trotted out dog treats for bodhi!. She was so friendly and accommodating
Of course the patio is just wonderful and usually uninhabited. Dog get treats if they get ip on the furniture too!

We had an extremely negative experience with a worker at this location. A member of our party kindly asked if they could turn the music down since the music was loud and had many obscenities and were not family friendly. We had a child with us and we thought it might be inappropriate for a family friendly atmosphere. The worker must have been upset with us and decided to act very rudely. I asked what a certain thing on the menu was and he stated that they didn’t serve that drink anymore. Which seemed odd because it was written on the menu. The coffee was also subpar. Please be aware.
I like this coffee shop especially the convenience of it. The one thing that bothers me is that it needs to be much easier to tip the baristas. I usually remember because I know how it works there but you have to ask them to add a tip on your credit card before they run it or you would have to have cash. I think the owners should change the pos system so that they hand you a tablet for you to tip on or something to make it easier. They deserve it!

The ladies here are running an old school drive-thru with no automated intercom system but that's what makes it so charming. They'll run out and take your order and run back in and make it. Everything is freshly made .It's true that it can get really busy with all the drive-thru customers, but I walk up and I'll always get service with a smile. And the drip coffee is amazing! Support your local businesses!

With the coffee standard a little high these days, this place operates sloppy.
Honestly the worst experience, they served us 2 breakfast burritos that were absolutely rotten and smelled horrible. When we took them back we were told we were served the 2-3 day old ones.

Every time I’m here the cars are prioritized over walk ups. Today was the last straw as I waited for 10 minutes at walk up before even being asked anything, while the barista walked by me to take ash the car orders. All I wanted was a pastry. Quite disappointing Manfred.

Yummy coffee and attentive staff!
I went to Lulus midtown the morning of 3/2 and ordered two biscuit sandwiches. We were lucky to get the last two biscuits. After we paid and moved to the pick-up window in the drive-thru, the girl working there dropped one of the sandwiches and couldn't remake it since there were no more biscuits left. She said she would refund me for that sandwich, but I never got refunded, and Manthri said he would look into this weeks ago and still has not. I followed up and am still getting ghosted. This is a reflection of really poor service. I won't be coming back even though I live close by.
