Long long long line for a single all gender potty. I order Starbucks and went there. Clean and not all gender. The only problem I have with the gender thing is Men aren't particularly clean in the area where me and the grandkids have to sit our behinds.

A very accessible location located near the "mouth" of Santa Cruz, CA it is to the left on Ocean Street off of hwy 17 south for those heading to the beach. There is NO Drive Thru at any McDonald's in Santa Cruz County. They do have Mobile Order Parking.
Parking: While there are parking spots this is a very convenient location especially for those heading out of town as it's the last "Fast Food" location heading out of Santa Cruz to hwy 1 South, or North. Hwy.17 North. I would imagine parking on a busy weekend would be difficult however there are some free street parking located near by. I would suggest using the App. I was able to walk in, as soon as I opened the door, there was about 8 people in a busy lobby and I walked in grabbed my bag and soda showing a worker my mobile App order number.

I usually have a special drink requested, and other McDonald's have said they couldn't do it. My request is a large drink. Half sweet tea half sprite. Tasty and refreshing, and this particular McDonald's manages to fulfill my request, and I am grateful they do because it only works with their sweet tea.

Cant fill up large fries apparently, i want what i pay for not HALF OR LESS of what i pay for. My large fries is a small at best.... stale and went cold fast. Not to mention my burger is sad and probably sat on the warmer for longer than it was supposed to, the soggy wrapper kinda tells me this. The Double quarter pounder had a soggy sad box and the buns were stale. Avoid this location......go to another one.
Couldn't but breakfast because only the manager knew how to process cards and they were on break for another 20 minutes. Its only 8 minutes to the next McDonald's so there i go

Restrooms were dirty. Staff had an attitude. There were alot of homeless people in and out of this location. The food was what u would expect from Macdonald's. It was eok. Staff needs better training at changing there attitudes. Don't think I'll go by this location no more . It doesn't even have a drive thru. Becareful if u go here. There's always alot of homeless out back of this location. FYI everyone

HORRIBLE! homelessness has NOTHING to do with it? the management at the McDonald's on Ocean let's the employees hate the homeless and that makes it worse? they r disrespectful, the restroom always smells like urine because there is urine on the floor and nobody cleaned the restrooms today? there's never any Toilet Set covers? and the same lady starts mopping the floor or just standing area? they talk in Spanish because they think we couldn't know 2 languages? nobody comes here anymore because it's embarrassing and it seems like McDonald's doesn't care? there went another family tradition to companies like McDonald's? they charge 20¢ for a paper cup for water and told me it's always been 20¢ for a cup? I'm not sure that's true?

I've been here a few times on my daily commute and service is almost usually terrible. The food is old and messy never fresh and the bathrooms are terrible
