It says online AND in the app store that they are open 24 hours. They are not. Same goes for the one on 41st in Capitola. I'm not sure about the one on Missiom St on the west side. Just a heads up, the 3 in Gilroy are not 24 hours either.

This place sucks! Parking so small, I got bumped twice just waiting for my food curbside pick-up order.

Homeless people living in the parking lot. Bathroom floor covered in urine. Just really dirty overall
Staff was very rude and on top of it Manager came yelling and with an attitude telling us we took picture of staff. I showed my camera throughly though I was not required to. McDonald’s App offered free fries with $10 min order. So guy partially filled paper bag. When I asked he ignored me and other lady said it is free sir (very loud) Free is offered by McDonalds as a Deal who r they to partially fill. I m filing complaint with Corporate also. Date was June 22nd and time was around 1.30pm. Manager was very rude and employees were rude also. We didn’t create a scene or were loud but she tried to create a scene. Look at pic how filled was the Medium fries we didn’t eat we just got order and showed them right away.

Ordered a happy meal for my kiddo after a day at the boardwalk- employees on their end cancelled my order. They said they had no record of it - i used rewards points to get the happy meal and because they were not immediately refunded i couldn't even make a replacement order.
No help no nothing when asked about it inside. Just a blank expression and yea we dint have that order.
Because there was tweakers outside with their pants down in the curbside pickup spots and I wasn't getting anywhere i just left empty handed and kiddo hungry- what a sham, I wasn't expecting the world but to cancell my kids order and then hold my reeards points hostage and not even acknowledge/ care about it makes this the worst mcdonalds experience I've ever had.

Usual food. They don't have a drive thru, and the inside is very small. Stood at counter waiting to be helped for 5-10 minutes, getting looked at by many employees, before someone finally came to take my order. Stood at counter cause there was a big line for the kiosk. Food served relatively quickly. Lady who took order was nice.

The city is not willing to keep the homeless from overutlizing the amenities at this location but usually the people who work there can set limits. I am surprised that it is stated that it is 24 hours. That's news to me.
