We ate here for the first time, so we ordered several dishes. The soup of the day was incredible! The Oblo burger was filled with flavor! The salad was huge (in a good way) with a delicious beet purée. The octopus appetizer was special and unique. After going there for the first time I would highly recommend. The prices were mostly reasonable, we were actually surprised by this since it tasted and felt like fine dining. Price was well worth the food, especially for the salads/burgers/appetizers.
This was our first visit, and we may not come back. Although the service and the atmosphere was wonderful, some of the dishes we ordered we would not recommend.
The Zinfandel and Sauv Blanc wines were good. The good dishes included the bacon wrapped prawns appetizer and the short rib special (although the short rib sauce was a bit too salty). The 2 appetizers that we tried, the Caprese and Frito Misto, were alright but nothing memorable. But having lived in Italy for many years, I can be difficult to impress. The bread that was served was so old and stale that it ruined the experience, and we left without ordering an Entree. Maybe we'll try another time?
