I got some cookies as a gift and they were so stale! I called customer service and I was more disappointed by the customer service person who was rude and did not care about the stale product they sell. For this reason alone I will no longer buy these cookies. 45 years of cookies from you and this is how you treat your customers. Boo to you PCC

Heard about the Pacific Cookie Company through family and it did not disappoint! They were baking fresh batches of cookies even late at night! I really liked the choc chip walnut flavor, reminds of the Levain ones I get from NYC :) The cookies stay soft even days after!
They also carried Marianne's Ice cream which was a plus!!!
Def a Santa Cruz staple, must come visit when you're here!

Love this spot. Cookies that were in the case were not warm but they are willing to get you fresh warm cookies. Prices are low enough to actually buy a few. Convenient location and tastes so good.
i made an account just to leave a review for this place because they have the BEST coconut macaroon i have ever had in my life!!!!!!!!🍪🥥🤎🤍🤍🤍🤍 i went twice in one day because they are so perfect - so coconutty, soft on the inside, a little crispy and sticky on the outside🤤 so good i wish i lived nearby

Yummy cookies and friendly staff! It's a good option for a snack while you're downtown, and easy to eat as you're walking to your next stop. They also have ice cream, and are able to make ice cream sandwiches for you. Overall, a great addition to Downtown Santa Cruz!
