I’m wondering if the cookie co. Has changed their recipes. I have been going to them for years and was shocked at the quality of the cookies I bought. I ordered 4 different types of cookies and they are dry/stale. I’m so sad

Tuesday, February 14, 2023 around 4:15 p.mVERY BAD ATTITUDE, UNFRIENDLY, & RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the Pacific Cookie Company Warehouse on Potrero, from the older woman (in her 70's or so).She had a little temper tantrum when I asked her to use tissue to pick up the cookies, instead of the gloves she was wearing, that she was placing item info tags on the cookie racks. Not the first time I asked an employee to change out their gloves, because they're handling the cookies, payment (cash or card) and anything else with the Same Gloves. She Does NOT Belong at the counter where the public CUSTOMERS walk up to order cookies to go.She's Misery Loves Company.

Best cookies ever! I grew up on the snickerdoodles and mint condition, which never disappoint! Great staff at this location.

Fantastic cookies. Lemon drops are excellent in particular. Good, basic cookies done right with an excellent value. Fantastic.

Every cookie here is great. Maybe it's because I love butter. My fave would probably be mint choco chip. Other notables would be snickerdoodle, choco chip, and for a range taste the lemon one can also be a good pick up as well!
These cookies are amazing and so affordable. I bought about 2 dozen to send to my family in another state.

I've loved these cookies since I was a student at UCSC in the late 80s. Every time I visit Santa Cruz, I make a beeline to their store for the "peanut butter w/chocolate chips" cookies. I close my eyes and savor the peanut buttery goodness and I'm transported back to 1987. The cookies are EXACTLY THE SAME. In a world where things constantly change, Pacific Cookie Co. has remained remarkably consistent throughout the 30 years of my going there. That cookie in my mouth is the closest thing to time travel I've ever experienced. The perfect 1987 lunch starts with a vegetarian burrito at Tacos Moreno and then the Cookie for dessert. I invite you to grab those items to go, then drive over to West Cliff and chow down with that fabulous ocean view and cool breezes. Note: whether you get your cookies at the bakery location or retail store on Pacific, the cookies are equally delicious. You can get the broken or malformed ones at the bakery for a discount. Your mouth won't care if they are broken!

Five stars for not being d*** about masks. The employees were all super nice and laid back. The cookies were (as usual) delicious! Highly recommend Dr. Midnight

The best cookies ever. I've been getting them at my bloodbank for years and never knew where they were made. Now I know.

This place never disappoints. Cookies are cheaper than downtown and still just as fresh and yummy
