I was being grumpy and impatient and they still gave me great food and customer service. I realized after the fact that they were faster than the app predicted, so my attitude was on me.
Your typical Panda Express experience located close to the Highway 1 and UCSC, perfect for students or grabbing a bite before heading north on a trip. The food has always been good, and as usual is well priced like every Panda Express location. The staff are always friendly, and there's plenty of parking.

but ordering online 15 mins before my work lunch and still having to wait 45 mins for one entree is crazy, even when i got a text saying my food was ready
