We came here and unfortunately, it didn’t feel like a welcoming environment. I ordered the Ramen Gimbob combo, and when it arrived, it looked and tasted like instant ramen. I asked the server, and she confirmed that it was. I find it absurd to pay nearly $18 for something I could’ve easily made at home. I was expecting authentic ramen, but that’s not what I got. If you’re looking for genuine pho or ramen, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

where else can you and your friends split a bowl of pho, a super quesadilla, and a bulgogi taco at the same restaurant? (i'd recommend the asian food more though)

The staff is nice and works hard, but the owner is expecting too much from them, clearly. I came for a breakfast burrito on Labor Day morning: around 11 am, they open at 10 am. I ordered a breakfast burrito: rice, refried beans, eggs, guacamole.
My order took TOO LONG TO PREPARE (I was the only customer there the entire time), and that's because they were piecing it together using a bunch of different things, including the pico de Gallo that I asked them NOT to include.
There were NO BEANS on my burrito. There was NO GUACAMOLE on my burrito.
I called and asked for a refund. They said I had to bring the burrito back, I was already at the beach.
Why didn't they just tell me they were out of beans?

Bought seafood pho. Take out.. I was expecting a pho at least similar to what I've eaten in Hawaii and Cupertino.. unfortunately it wasn't anything what I expected and was very disappointed. The shell fish was tossed in with the shells baby crab. 1 shrimp. The fish didn't taste fresh. Flavor wasn't that great . There were no fresh toppings. Just not what I expected

I had a wonderful experience here. I don’t know why they have one star reviews, that is absolutely undeserved. While the portion sizes are smaller than I’m used to and there isn’t a massive pho selection (for beef, it’s just steak, meatball, and tendon, no brisket unfortunately) the broth was delicious. The jalapeños weren’t very fresh but everything else was fresh and delicious. I got my beef pho with all steak and really enjoyed it, although there wasn’t much meat in it, I am used to more. What made my experience truly amazing was Juan’s excellent service. He went above and beyond and was extremely friendly and kind. When I asked for extra basil and lime, he didn’t hesitate, and was so lovely. The coconut water was also super tasty! For the location and price, this is a great pho place. Thank you so much, Juan! See you next time!

Dude literally so delicious, I don’t know how this place has so many 1 star reviews. Our server was humble and very polite and friendly, my friend and I both got the regular 14.95 pho. SO filling and delicious!

The restaurant had an awkward and unwelcoming vibe. It didn’t feel approachable or inviting, which made the dining experience less enjoyable. The atmosphere lacked the warmth and charm that you’d expect from a casual dining spot.
The service was subpar. I had to ask twice for basic condiments like Sriracha and hoisin sauce, which are typically already on the table at most pho restaurants. Even after asking, I only received Sriracha and had to go back up to request hoisin sauce again. It felt like an unnecessary hassle for something that should have been straightforward.
Waitress left before my food was delivered and had to ask for appropriate utensils after food was delivered.
The pho was just alright—nothing exceptional. The broth was decent, but the overall flavor didn’t stand out. The menu was also quite limited, which was disappointing. I was hoping for more variety or unique options, but the selection felt restrictive.
The pricing was reasonable, but the overall experience didn’t justify the cost.
The pho was passable, and the portion size was fair. However, there weren’t any standout dishes or memorable moments during the meal.
