Wow a real pho shop in Santa Cruz! Great specials they have ramen too spring rolls and the peanut sauce were perfect so delicate, fresh, and delicious Cajun chili shrimp special amazing crispy texture perfectly cooked shrimp sweet and spicy sauce with onions and garlic and crispy fried chilies with Cajun spices but not overkill great to share with chop sticks I had the number 1 pho bowl I'm looking forward to coming again and trying their fried chicken and crab ramen soon

I had a wonderful experience here. I don’t know why they have one star reviews, that is absolutely undeserved. While the portion sizes are smaller than I’m used to and there isn’t a massive pho selection (for beef, it’s just steak, meatball, and tendon, no brisket unfortunately) the broth was delicious. The jalapeños weren’t very fresh but everything else was fresh and delicious. I got my beef pho with all steak and really enjoyed it, although there wasn’t much meat...
