This place obviously knows how to treat their customers. Always with a very nice attitude. The food is affordably priced, constantly delightful and neat.

Unfortunately, extremely under staffed. Our soup never arrived and we never got our water refilled which would have been ok if the food was fantastic...but, well I did enjoy the sweet and sour chicken and fried rice. We were excited to have a hot meal here. Oh well.

Good Asian spot, there always a lot of Chinese people there so you do the math !

I went to lunch with coworkers , each of us had a special request. Mostly due to dietary restrictions. The waiter was very patient, and helpful. The food was great. I had the Chicken and Broccoli, and it was perfect. Hot and sour soup is a must have if you go. I

I live 5 min from Phoenix and have been going here for years. The past 2 times we have gone the food has been pretty bad - I feel the quality of food and capacity to stay true to the recipe of what we ordered has gone downhill a lot recently. Also, the restaurant is run by a young married ;(?) couple. The woman is very blasé and can't answer questions about food on the menu very well. The husband on the other hand is really helpful and knowledgeable. I hope the owners read his knowing that I wish the old Phoenix would rise again!!

The most bland meal I've had in a long time. The egg rolls had no flavor, the entree was half overcooked and half undercooked. I won't be giving them a second try.

Really incredible. Very accommodating to my food sensitivities and fantastic quality of ingredients + portion size for the price!

Awful waisted my money Mongolian beef was same as my cashew shrimp .. both where a vegetable mix cubed oh and the shrimp was substituted for very dry pork without being told ... miserable delivery experience

Ordered over the phone with no issues, fast and friendly pick up. The portions were generous in size. However, I do think the flavor could be better, especially for the price. I ordered rice, egg rolls, and chicken with broccoli. The chicken with broccoli lacked flavor; it was bland and under seasoned. Also the broccoli to chicken ratio was way off. Egg rolls were kinda soggy.

I HATE writing bad reviews now... since the impact of our reviews really do impact the businesses. That being said though, I can't be anything more then honest with my experience today. I ordered from their website for delivery (which was VERY user friendly), but when the order was submitted it said I would get a confirmation email... which I still haven't gotten. I ended up calling the restaurant 5 minutes after I placed the order, just to make sure they really got it, and I didn't just give my credit card info to a scam website. Delivery wasn't too long, so that was nice. I ordered wonton soup, dumplings in spicy sauce, garlic eggplant and walnut shrimp. For some reason the shrimp or eggplant didn't come with rice? Weird. The dumplings sauce tastes amazing, but they are very overcooked and almost tough. The coating on the shrimp is soggy (most places I've ordered it from comes back still crispy and delicious). The noodles in the soup are all overcooked and falling apart. The eggplant is ok, not spectacular, but not horrible either. All in all, I don't think I will be going to them again... sadness. I love dumplings in spicy sauce.

Our first time eating Chinese food in Santa Cruz and they deliver. It was really good, fresh and flavorful. I will continue to order from them every visit.

The best value Chinese food in the area. Tastes great, large variety and is cheap. What more do you want
