I visit this nice place quite often! This is my favorite restaurant to eat. I go there routinely. The meals are very tasty, the team is welcoming and the price is affordable. I enjoy being in this restaurant over a decent meal.

Excellent spot to spend time alone or talk business. Feels like a place in Los Angeles I loved.

Wonderful experience! The host walked us through the process of how pouring for yourself works, as well as what patrons are agreeing to to keep others (and themselves and the staff) safe during COVID. Patrons are required to spray sanitizer on their hands before getting a clean glass, and are required to wear their masks when not at the table and required to get a new glass for every pour. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness behind those guidelines! The selection of beers/ciders is great. There really is something for everyone, and it's a great way to sample at low cost. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Santa Cruz!

Wow I wish I never w e.g. not in here and I Hope caution and pray that you do not!The guy is rude borderline hatred You start getting scared He screws up telling you your card how to scan it Treated me like I was a criminal then he'd nice ( I have money ) and he starts walking with me And I've clearysaid I've never been in any place like this ever beforeI'm sooo hoping for funNot to be hadHe turns to me flipping a key up and down in his hand and all but rolls his eyes he says you are not gonna get this I'm allWhat?Insulting staff I ask him about why the-mask has to be on when a few feet away no one had it onand he does not appreciate Intelligence. Just stop he says The county will shut us down If you point this out Ok So we progress He does not have any answers for what local might taste like He passes local by I'm disappointed So I start asking about aging or flavors or ingredients or anything and he just rolls his eyes and tells me Just grab a clean glass And pour stuff lAnd he goes and sits outsideO pretty sure you should steer way the hell clear of this kind of place

I realize that this situation was partly my fault because i am absent minded and confused of their COVID 19 rules and regs. The story begins with me walking in and greeting a friend forgetting about wearing my mask. When the employee walked up to me and informed me to wear one i said that i can put one on, but i asked why none of the other customers where wearing a mask. The employee became visibly upset that I questioned him and refused to answer any of my questions about the sanitary requirements and how the system of the rules worked. When i went up to start a tab and apologize for the miss understanding and explain that i am the type of person that asks lots of questions, so i don't screw up the rules he then refused service to me and told my group we had to leave, and while this was happening he felt the need to be extremely disrespectful and insult me because i'm not from santa cruz county and don't know their local rules and regs (I'm from a county that is very relaxed with the mask rules and it's hardly enforced) overall I didn't let this ruin my birthday celebration but it definitely put a damper on things and i will be pursuing help from upper management to resolve the situation that occurred.I wouldn't recommend anyone to go their because their staff will be extremely rude if any mistakes are made in this difficult time we are living in. I hope this review is found helpful to many people.

This place is a good idea in concept. But their beer choices are uninspired. Didn't recognize a single one. Mainly local beers. Try sprinkling some National brands or at least better known ones outside the area. As for food, do better than sprinkling seasoning salt on tater tots. Really guys? Surely you have more imagination than that.

We had a fantastic time at the Pour Taproom today. Chris and his team do a fantastic job offering great service, fantastic beer, and some of the best bar food you can find. I highly recommend this place because of the atmosphere as well. Legit my friends.

I've been a sour fan for years. Just moved to the area and was relieved to find a place offering a decent sour selection! Ordered a couple beers for pickup yesterday. Friendly communication regarding one of the selected beers being out. Went with their recommendation and it did NOT disappoint. Looking forward to next time!

I lcoming here for the beginning of a fun night. It's the best place for cheap beer and cider before going bar hopping. I got food here for the first time - the bayou tots and the garlic tots. The garlic tots tasted great and the sauce complimented it very well. The bayou tots were super flavorful but way too salty, and the sauce made it even saltier. They give you wristbands so you can tap it onto whichever beer you want, and you can pour it yourself. I love coming here on Thursday nights because students get discounts on college night. I also like their trivia nights on Tuesday, where we get to play trivia on the screen and games in between each round.

5 stars. Loved the meatless moo with vegan aioli, it was AMAZING!! Highly reccomend if you're vegetarian or vegan. Great selection of beers, love the wristband system. They also have kombucha on tap, big plus. Will return for sure :)
