I’ve been a regular customer at your location, usually ordering 3–4 pizzas at a time. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced consistent issues—especially when the younger staff are working. My order is almost always wrong—not just a small mistake, but completely different pizzas than what I actually ordered.
The dough is often undercooked and soggy, to the point where I’ve had to finish baking the pizzas myself at home. When I return to get the order corrected, I rarely get an apology or any sense of urgency. I typically wait another 15–20 minutes for the remake, while the rest of my food sits and gets cold. To make matters worse, I often feel like I’m the one inconveniencing the staff just for expecting the correct order.
Despite all this, I gave the store another chance. I placed another order—again, they got it wrong. They remade the pizza, and while that visit wasn’t as bad, the problem returned again three weeks later when I ordered four pizzas and two were incorrect.
I went back, and they remade the two. I checked the boxes in my car—only one was right. I went back in for the second time, and they remade the wrong one again. After 30 minutes of back-and-forth, I finally received what was supposed to be the correct pizza… but it was still wrong. On the third attempt, they finally got it right. Meanwhile, the rest of the pizzas in the order were overcooked and borderline burnt.
So to recap: I had to go inside three separate times for one order, waited over 30 minutes, got barely any apology, and did not receive any type of discount. I also contacted customer service via email weeks ago and never received a reply.
It’s clear this location doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction. I’d recommend anyone ordering from Round Table to visit the 41st Avenue location instead. I’m not sure if it’s under the same ownership, but they’ve always gotten my order right and made quality pizzas.
Please take this feedback seriously. As a loyal customer, I’d love to keep supporting this location—but only if the service improves significantly.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT EAT HERE! GOT FOOD POISONING!!!! I dont know who runs the kitchen or who trains them but I picked up a pizza and not only was it not cooked but something just tasted off about it. Sure enough in the middle of the night me and my girlfriends stomach have been compromised. I will spare you guys the details. You guys either need to teach your staff how to cook the food, inspect the ingredients, wash thier hands, or just over all care about thier job. Im taking this as high as it will go because this pizza isn't cheap and it ruined my weekend. I hope you guys get shut down ASAP.

Good pizza and good toppings but there's absolutely like twelve places the sit and then don't serve beer boo. It's not really a place to go and eat with families, it's more of a place to go pick up some pizza and go home.

We ordered ahead for four, extra large pizza, mozzarella sticks and garlic twist, our mozzarella sticks were wayy undercooked, first twist had a damn hairrr in it!
I did a pickup order! Everything was yummy! And the location was clean and the cashier/worker had good customer service skills! Super clean eating areas with tv :)

I go here for lunch once a week. I call my order in for pick up. Usually the chicken club sandwich with chips and fountain drink $12.06. About average for lunch. Can never eat the whole lunch. So I have a snack when I get home. Having a 1/2 hour for lunch it is best to call your order in for pick up. The service is always great . NICK is usually at the register, great guy.
