Our go-to spit in Santa Cruz for delish fish and chips! The batter is so light and crunchy, the fish is mild and flavorful. The house made curry ketchup is great with the fries. Love the British woman who takes orders. She’s so chipper!
Best fish and chips I have had. Definitely catch them at Humble Sea Brewery on the weekends. Get the rock fish.
Amazing fish & chips!! Great portions, tasty chips and fish. Tartare sauce is fantastic.
This truck often sits at Humble Sea brewery and they consistently deliver solid British fare. I was greeted by a cheery woman with an authentic English accent. It takes 15 min or so to prep your food but it's worth the wait. The fish n chips are their signature dish and it is fantastic. Fish chunks are huge and tasty. Chips are great too. Large portions enough for two or for one hungry cyclist . Mushy peas and pickled onions are also fire.
The tartar sauce is next level and the portions are generous. The yellow-golden beer batter on the flaky fish is heaven. Chunky sized fries balance the meal. Absolutely divine. This Fish & Chips is not to be missed.
Fantastic! Enjoyed the fish and chips very much. The guacamole chips were the best. Copious amounts of pickled onions and guacamole. I have been visiting Santa Cruz for 15 years and just came across this place.
We went at a very busy time on a Saturday. Lots of people eating, and lots of people in line. They apologized for the wait, but obviously it’s busy for a reason. Worth the wait!!
Very very slow. 50 minutes to get my order. They said they would text when it’s ready, but then they failed to do so.
Delicious! They had a Sriracha ketchup that went well with the 🍟. The fish and chips were amazing. The place is dog friendly as well.
Terrible experience. The fish was undercooked, the potatoes were both undercooked and discolored, and the apple fritters were sour. The mushy peas had an awful, almost rotten tuna-like taste. Overall, the food was inedible, and I would not recommend this place.
There are some places that leave you more cheerful than when you came, and this is one of those places

Very nice people. Ran out of food before 6pm. Got a small handful of French fries for $6.50.
Great chips. Great malt. Good shrimp. Amazing curry ketchup. Reasonable prices. Prompt service! Would recommend.
Hands down the BEST fish and chips in Santa Cruz. The freshness and crisp is just n point. Makes my heart smile that they park at Humble Sea - which is not doubt the best pairing.

Undoubtedly the best fish and chips I’ve eaten in America. Crisp batter, proper chips, real mushy peas. Lovely friendly staff. And a superb brewery next door. Doesn’t miss. 10/10.

Incredible service and food. This place is twice as good as any fish and chips I’ve had in Northern California/ Bay Area. Seriously worth every penny. So stoked.
