Amazing breakfast!! Loved the chicken apple sausage!! And potatoes 🥔 were super yummy! Perfectly tender on the inside and crisp on the outside! And my eggs were cooked Perfectly! The strawberry 🍓 jam was really great too on the sourdough toast!! Would definitely cone back!

The new owner obviously doesn't know the difference between chicken fried steak and fried steak don't order the chicken fried steak because you'll get a grill fried piece of carne asada the gravy is lumpy and the lumps aren't sausage staff if good still looks like the old place but it will never be that place...

Home made wonderful breakfast and lunch. Downhome feeling. Fast easy going service. If I lived around this place I would be there every day. I had a chorizo omelette that wasn't on the menu but they made one for me. I split some banana walnut pancakes that were on the daily specials menu. The place was full of locals, that should say a lot to you. Really loved my meal and the service.

The breakfast at the Silver Spur was perfect! We loved the fast and attentive service, and their homemade salsa is absolutely delicious. Our waitress, Karina, was excellent and made the experience even better. We will definitely be back!
