They changed this location alot it was super weird and for some reason they dont put lids on drinks and dont really have them labeled at all. Also there is no public restrooms which sucks because its off the freeway.

Ordered a Frappuccino and was given half a cup of whip cream instead. I was not aware that Frapuccino‘s start with a quarter of your cup filled with whip cream. The amount of coffee in my drink was minimal and the flavor was off due to the over usage of whip cream. For the price they charge why do they need to cut corners and offer their customers less coffee especially as a big corporation.

Our barista proactively offered to make a pour over because the light roast wasn’t available on brewers which we appreciated a lot! And the end result was pretty yummy.

Very meh experience at this centrally located Starbucks in Santa Cruz. Walked this morning to grab a coffee at this fairly expansive location just to find out that there is no furniture or any kinda seating available inside or outside. Not sure if it is on purpose due to the homeless situation or what but very disappointing. On top of everything they charge for tap water. The barista mentioned that it’s law in Santa Cruz which seems very odd.

This place has no restroom. No tables, no chairs… all this in a big retail store. Can’t wash your hands, can’t use toilet.
Asked for extra hot on my chai, it was tepid, ended up going home to reheat it.

This is the most uninvited Starbucks I’ve ever been in. No place to sit. It’s buy your product and get out. They never read the description and make the drink correct. Really it’s the only thing they need to do and the screw it up all the time. Yesterday they made the same drink three times incorrectly, and I just gave up and took it.

The store was dead there was one person ahead of me and three or four behind me and they were just like I waited forever to get my drink and then it just I've had it I've had it better put it that way I've had it better 41st and makes it better I guess but yeah so
