We come here everyday while we’re staying in Santa Cruz at the Dream Inn. The atmosphere is casual and it’s close to the hotel but the biggest downfall is that there’s no drive thru. That’s actually typical of a lot places in Santa Cruz but the only reason I don’t drink there coffee from the hotel bar in the lobby is because its too blonde which is tangy and sour.

There is no Drive Through! nice people, but Google is incorrect. There is no drive through. I was not prepared to go into this place this morning, but it worked out.

Unlike any other Starbucks I've been to, this one is tucked out in the middle of nowhere, difficult to find, and too big for the volume of business they receive. Nevertheless, the service was good.

Your typical Starbucks with friendly staff and regular drink/food options. Nice place to sit and sip a cup of coffee. Usually plenty of seating. Locked bathrooms and touchless sinks if you need 'em while sipping your caffeinated beverage of choice! They're unionized too!

This store always seems to have a lot of servers and a long line - that barely moves. No greeting, no smile not a lot of action and I got served the wrong item - even tho the right one was on the label. Just seems no one here cares!!

Decent Starbucks. Free parking outside. The inside is a little on the dark side but not a big deal. There are several small tables and a long shared table in the middle that people use while they wait for their drinks. Also some lounge chairs. The availability of tables and seats combined with free parking make this a good Starbucks. You can come get a drink and sit for a while. Becoming rare these days with the walk-in and drive thru only places.
