I ordered twice from the restaurant. The first night I ordered a charcuterie board. It was supposed to come with artisan meats and cheeses, olives, seasonal jam, mustard, focaccia and crackers. It came out with deli cheese, sourdough, no olives, no jam, dried cranberries, some meats, tomatoes, sprinkled with six blue berries and three blackberries and one sliced strawberry. They also gave me olive oil and balsamic. It would have been nice to know that they did not have all of the ingredients. This is the absolute worst charcuterie I have ever had. Don’t waste your money here.I went back for more the next day to give them another chance with something. I ordered the pasta with Cajun chicken. The pasta was ok but the chicken was extremely salty. This place used to be good about 5 years ago, it has definitely gone downhill. I will not eat here again.

I do not recommend this place! I would give zero stars, if I could. Brynn the manager , was rude, inconsiderate, slammed a cup of water in front my children. Yelling no outside food allowed in the seating area outside the restaurant. He did it In front of other guests, they could clearly hear him shouting at us. There was no respect and absolutely no manners. No where in the area states nor does its policies states no out side food allowed. The website doesn't state kids menus either. Brynn needs anger management class, along with customer service. Brynn handle the situation horribly and it is unacceptable. We didn't argue we picked up our food, belongings and moved. Clearly to stop Brynn from shaming us in front of other guests. When we express our situation and concerns to the front desk, they didn't seem to care. We were advised, to contact Josh Belcher general manager Hilton Santa Cruz/Scott Valley. All the front desk could do is talk to Brynn.

I don’t know where to start… this place is absolutely awful! It’s not a restaurant, it’s basically a small bar that says they serve food.. took forever for anyone to notice me, when they did they bring me a dirty greasy menu and the guy finally comes out to take my order and then rushed me stating they were closing soon and this was at 8:15, mind you… I was sitting there w no one to come take a drink order or even give me a menu for half an hour then I get rushed?I ordered a steak med rare, came out over well done and cut into thin slices?! Why?!! Also had some awful sauce on it that was just… really bad salad was limp old brown edged.. how is it they even call this a restaurant?I try to pay the for the “dinner” have the server, the one that rushed me after just showing up half hour after I was sitting there… gave him a 100 bill and then he says he doesn’t have change?!!! I’m definitely NOT going to give him a $40 tip for his extremely unprofessional attitude and “service” but I’m also not one to not give at least 20% even if they don’t deserve it so this is a Hilton and they can’t make change for my $ there after I get a horrible inedible dinner and nearly non existing service? The bartender wasn’t much help as I was sitting at a table not wanting to drink alcohol but just wanted dinner after driving a long haul and didn’t seem to care that no one was coming to take my order. It’s really… why are they here?!!Next morning in the breakfast room was much better but they were pretty slow too.. but at least they acknowledged me and food was better

Was here on business for a few days. Got in late, had the bbq burger and it was delicious. Then, on game day Thursday, had a sandwich. The servers were chipper and answered all questions. They even let me move to the bar to watch the game. Just watch out for the surfer mom's out on the prowl away from the kids...end up buying their food too :)

The dinner menu is great. We stayed in the hotel so we ate here a few times. So far we have had the charcuterie board, street tacos, angus smash burger and simple salad as well as breakfast Florentine Benedict And absolutely no complaints with food or service. All staff was attentive and prompt except for the breakfast server and maybe because we ordered off the menu instead of buffet. They actually serve food in the open bar area as well as the side dining so the first day it was hard for us to decide what was the restaurant. The next day we actually came across the host podium outside the bar area but all the servers were helpful so not a big deal. I have failed every time to snap a photo.

Pathetic quality with ridiculously high price. Everyone knew a restaurant in hotel is just robbery.

What a disappointing experience on all levels. We arrived at the “restaurant” for dinner and were told to seat ourselves. The room feels like you’re eating in a hospital cafeteria. It took 10 minutes for the server to come to our table and she says, “you two look like you know what you want.” I replied, “yes, we’d like to see some menus.” She grabs menus, hands them to us and walks away. No offer to grab us some beverages while we look over the menu. She just walked away. The menus were heavily soiled with grease and food. When she returned about 5 minutes later we ordered our drinks and the artichoke and chicken wing appetizer. They were out of the chicken wing app that we wanted so we settled on the other. When the appetizers arrived, the wings were actually quite tasty. However the artichokes were not seasoned at all, greasy and cold. We ordered our entrees, the filet and New York strip. They took over 20 minutes to arrive which surprised me because we were the only couple in the “restaurant” aside from another large table that hadn’t ordered any food yet. I had subbed fingerling potatoes for the fries with my New York strip. Both the potatoes and my steak came sliced. The potatoes were dry and hard, lacking butter or seasoning. My steak which I ordered rare was medium well. Perhaps that’s why it came sliced. They new it was overdone and sliced it to stop any further progression? The filet was cooked medium rare as ordered but looked unappetizing the way it was plated. The mashed potatoes lacked seasoning and the asparagus was limp and overcooked. My bf finished his filet but only a couple bites of the mashed potatoes. Two thirds of my plate was left when our server came by and I asked for the check. She didn’t ask if I wanted a box to go or question how our meal was. Yes, I’m aware I could have told her that my steak was way overdone and the potatoes were inedible. But honestly at that point I just wanted to get out of there. Waiting 20 minutes for them to try again wasn’t worth the additional already disappointing time there. We were never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks and only saw our server when necessary, no checkins. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in quite sometime. With a bill over $100 we left unsatisfied. We will not return.

Nasty, nasty bartender on Friday, March 10th. She was rude to our party, insulting to other guests, yet friendly to her fellow servers. She acted like we were invading her territory when we sat down, didn't want to to tell us the beers available, and barked at us when we asked for things. The final straw was when she made a mixed drink including an ingredient I asked her to leave out because I disliked the taste. When I asked her if she had included it, she acted like I'd insulted her. The food we had was good but who wants to return to be treated like that.

Great service! Enjoyed the food and the mashed potato was a great addition. Convenient if you are staying at the hotel

The restaurant was a highlight of our short stay. We ate dinner and had the veggie pappardelle pasta and short ribs. We also shared the cobb salad and tropical chicken wings. Our food runner, Vil, was efficient, friendly and helpful. The servers were attentive and also friendly. Highly recommend.

The food is great, the service is fantastic, the drinks are good, and the atmosphere is warm and fun. They remodeled the lounge area in March 2022 so it's nice and fresh.

I ordered The Fresco burger and fries. The sourdough on the burger was toasted perfectly. The fries were crispy and hot. The staff was very friendly. Great experience all around.

Mediocre food, but servers Joy and Sonia made the meal worthwhile. Great servers, that kept my glass full and conversation upbeat and interesting.
