In full disclosure, I've been a member here for a very long time... many decades. I love the Santa Cruz mountains, wines and feel these are the best of the best. They have a tasting location downtown in Santa Cruz. That is a great quick pitstop! Make a reservation! It's lovely. The winery is also a great place to stop if you're a little bit further south. I love these wines, I share them with friends. I drink them with loved ones. I probably even drink them alone, but don't tell anybody. Super yummy.

Went to wine taste recently. Two stars for the setting -- building was nice version of modern take on farm/wine making building. Wine was okay. Service was lacking. You get to pick 4 wines from their current list in addition to their flagship Chardonnay. We picked a table outside & the server brought us the Chardonnay, which seemed a good start. After making our selections, however, there was zero salesmanship after that. The server eventually brought us metal ice buckets with small beakers labeled for each of the four wines that we picked and left us to taste. This is pretty much self-serve/zero chatting about the wines. And the request to trade additional wine, added another layer of effort on our part.

First time to Storrs, our wine tasting host had great customer service. It took a little convincing but she opened up a bottle of Zen for the tasting. I'm glad she did because that's the bottle we purchased. I wish all of the reds were opened to try from though as I don't care to much for white wines. On a different note, it seems most wineries around here won't wave your tasting fee if you buy a bottle, kind of sad because that's what would drive more bottle sales during tastings, especially if you're on the edge of wanting to buy a bottle or not.

Welcoming tasting room. Small and intimate. The Pinot and the Chardonnay were 2 of the best wines I've ever tasted. I highly recommend Storrs!

Loved my visit to Storrs! Beautiful place and I loved their Chardonnay! Took some home for my family and they loved it too. Can't wait to come back soon!

Gorgeous facility and amazing wines among a serene setting. It was a relaxing experience being here but fun at the same time as my family enjoyed playing bocce ball in their courts while sipping on some Chardonnay:)

Worst winery ever.. Rude people and expensive tastings.. They wouldn't even waive the testing when buying the bottle.. $30 for a shot glass full of wine...

Exceptional wines from this small, award-winning California winemaker. Standouts are the Pinot noir, Zinfandel and Merlot.
