The guy there was not helping at all I had a gift card there and he said it didn't work even tho I went to a subway that same week and it worked fine but I got 2 sandwiches and chips and a drink and the total was 30$ 3 cents for two sandwiches ? then I had a coupon and he said we don't take those ???!??? Huh coupons for subway it's bull but life goes on I would recommend not going there

Very bad service from the employees..they stopped serving us because they were talking to each other..and we had to wait for them to finish talking to continue ordering..it was the first time we went to this place..without a doubt I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ..THE FOOD WAS RICH..BUT THE ENVIRONMENT AND SERVICE VERY BAD....

Went in today 7/9/23 at around 7pm-7:10pm and the girl working at that day and time was extremely rude! Didnt know how to make any sandwiches and kept saying she was new. Upon paying , instead of charging us for just the sandwiches that we got she wanted to charge us for a combo. Instead of charging us correctly she tells us she doesnt know how to do that and that we have to pay the over charge if we want the food. We asked for a manager and she said no, that we can go elsewhere. We left and looked back and noticed she was flipping us off. Subway should just replace her with a KIOSK.

This one gives significantly better service and portions than the one in Scotts Valley. I drive the extra distance to go to this location and it has yet to disappoint!

Carla who worked April 30th at the time of 5:30pm was extremely rude. I offered to purchase something and she still denied me to use the restroom. My boyfriend then went in after and asked, she told him if he purchased something he could use it. So he questioned her why she refused the restroom to me his girlfriend that offered to purchase something. She stumbled her words and continue to be rude and refuse us service. I don't recommend this place at all! Horrible service!

Estefania was so helpful and kind! I had a few questions before ordering and she made sure to find out for me instead of saying “I don’t know,” or brushing me off, even though the line was building. I didn’t catch the other girl’s name but she was also super helpful and I can tell she was really trying to be fast and efficient, but she still made the sandwiches well and labeled them and everything. Very thorough and helpful service! Also smelled clean in there.
