It is a store, with premade boxes of sushi to pick up and go. It's pretty close to the beach, so maybe taking a box to eat on the beach is a reasonable idea. But there are no tables here at which to sit down.
The sushi was ok for premade. There were only about 5 or 7 different kinds of rolls to choose from.

Lovely, little takeout gem with fresh sushi made the morning of. They don't play that day old game. I recommend getting there early to grab the most popular rolls. They also have some very cool, authentic Asian trinkets and the lady I met was super fun to talk to.
This little shop is a gem! We ordered sushi for a party, and they worked with us to make it just right. Each type was beautifully made and delicious. We won’t wait for a party to get sushi there again.
