Such a bummer went down to get icecream at 7pm and it was closed. Website said 8pm. I understand staffing issues right now. But you must take ownership of that and update your website! Bad business. We are locals and will not be back. Thanks but no thanks. Went down to cold stone which is also understaffed and the owner is there running the front. That’s a good business!

Super yummy and creamy rolled ice cream - honestly probably in the top 3 I’ve tried over the US. Got the strawberry curls with strawberry, banana and mochi topping

They didn't have all the ice creams as we would have liked and the table we sat in had fruit flies all over the place but what they did have was decent so 3 ⭐'s it is this time.

First time trying this ice cream. I got the ferero rocher with 3 toppings (included) waffles, mochi rice cakes and almonds. Total came out to $9 something after tax Definitely worth a try and will visit again !

This ice cream is super fun and delicious! We got the Ferrero Rocher rolled ice cream, Nutella drizzle, whip cream, and waffle sticks and it was stellar. I really hope that other people catch on to the whole rolled ice cream thing because this ice cream is amazing!

Wasn't even open when we got there what a buzz kill. It's 3pm and no one here there sign says shouldn't be closed.

Sweet Curls is a fun dessert concept in the downtown area that serves up delicious rolls of ice cream. The staff are very friendly and you can customize your cup or pick from one of their creations. The location itself is fairly small with minimal seating but they have some outdoor seating as well (pre-covid).

The original curled ice cream business that this business replaced was so very much better. New owners, I'm guessing, opened this franchised outlet that has a poor substitute for the original. Employees friendly, but product second rate.

This is now the second time I have attempted to go to this place, both times we went well before closing time and were turned away because they said they needed to catch up on orders...when there was just one person outside. The female working said we would need to arrive one hour before closing in order to insure we could place an order. It's really frustrating to drive 30 minutes to go to a place and get turned away during business hours. The manager needs to hire more staffing or change their hours of operation. Apparently they don't want business unless you're there an hour before closing. I don't know if the store owner is aware that their staff is turning down business either.

Sweet curls has delicious rolled ice cream! They lots of variety the amount of flavors feels never ending. It has a nice atmosphere and it is always a treat to watch your rolled ice cream being handmade. You see everything that goes into your cup and I recommend them 100%?

The crepe sux. Very mushy, shouldn't be served in a cone, not their specialty. The crepe is usually thin layer, this one was too thick, mushy and messy.

I was looking for a great ice cream place and I found it.This place is amazzzing! I came to this place with doubts, but it blew my mind. The ice cream itself its soooo good. With all the toppings and combinations it was sooo worth it! When its busy, it may take awhile but its definitely worth the wait!!

Wow. Lots of ice cream places out there and you think you've seen it all, but no. Watching them make your curled ice cream to order on the frozen circle is very cool, almost mesmerizing. It looks different and due to the texture, tastes different. In a very good way. If you're looking for a different and fun ice cream stop, go to Sweet Curls. 5 stars.
