How are you gonna have me order through the kiosk(cause you’re short staffed) the same time as one other group, do their whole order, have me wait in the side for another 15 min to realize my order isn’t on the board, go up to the counter and ask about my food, and then say “are you this person” have me say “yes”then just say

One of my fav spots for delicious Cheap food. Got there about two, it was not packed. Prices are appropriate. Reminds me of a cafe in Chicago I loved to visit.

This place was filthy. The outdoor and indoor tables, the floors, everything was dirty with smears of food. It was empty. Not busy and everything was grimmy? We were missing an order and they forgot to make my pineapple freeze. I had to go back to ask for what was missing. It wasn't busy why was there no work being done? I bit into the steak burrito I ordered. The beans were cold and tasted off. I had half a crunchy taco from my hubby and got food poisoning. Worst taco bell I have ever been to.

Was a little dirty inside but it is in downtown so was expected but everything els was great.whe I went in I was very dehydrated and Mason h was nice gave me a cup of cold water to cool me down and hydrate my self was very appreciated. Great food and great service always feel very comfortable there...

Worst TB ever! Order wrong. Also, asked for unsweetened ice tea and got a cup of tap water, no ice. The guy tells me "that's just what it looks like ".After tasting and assuring him its water, he offers sweetened tea. I said no and I'm not going to pay for it. He says, you don't anyway, you already paid for the cup.Tried to call the manager, mailbox full.

Seems to always be Short handed. But the staff that are there try their best to be fast and efficient as well as make up for the extra time it takes them. Customer service is Great.

Wow, I should have read the reviews before going. Dine in area was dirty (food on most tables) and the employees seemed to care more about chatting and messing around than actual customer service. I overheard another customer ask a fairly simple question about the difference between two items and the shift leader (I'm assuming cuz of the different uniform shirt she had on) couldn't answer it. Next time I'm in SC I'll hit up a local place.

Went in and placed an order sat and waited for about 30 minutes, however it simply was just an error as the influx of people were coming in placing orders as well my order had been bumped. However my experience was great. Kevin there went after clearing up the confusion and made my order brought it out for me and apologized showing clearly he not only has great customer service but empathy as well. I've been to this location before and it's been a great experience every time. Thank you so much Kevin and Taco Bell!

I have never had such an awkward and bad experience. We had a large order for seven people, and while we were waiting for 40 minutes, we started to notice employees not wearing proper uniforms. Like Women with long hair not having it tied up, risking hair falling out into the food. At first, I wasn't bothered, and continued to wait patiently. But because of how this placed seemed unprofessional, and how large this order was, we decided that we would check our food before we leaved. We discovered that a majority of our orders were wrong, some of the food was sloppily thrown together, and we were missing a multitude of items from our orders. Rather than going and trying to sort out the order, we decided that it would just be best to refund the food. The order was so messed up, it might as well have been a separate order entirely, and it would be a huge hassle to try to get things sorted out with this level of professionalism. As my friends were returning the food. One of the customers behind them spoke to the Manager, saying "more BS today?"

The food is good for the price that you pay. The things that make this place undesirable is the slow customer service and the fact that homeless people live around the restaurant. if you are downtown and want cheap food then this is a good place, but if you can I would recommend avoiding this location

Not the best location but they have great staff. There was a man trying to use what he claimed was a diabetic needle, and the younger man who appeared to be the manager handled it perfectly. Resturaunts can have rules against needles, and he stopped what couldve been an ugly altercation. The customer seemed agitated and was able to be calmed down before he left
