chips are fantastic! salsa and chip bar is brilliant!! quesadilla was perfect amount of cheese and crisp. brought a steak torta to my friends house three hours north, even being that old they said it was best torta ever. they want to drive down to just come get it fresh!

First time was great ,second time was ok ,third time was not so good, forth and fifth time was to go order and both time was a wrong order .i am not pick so I ate it was just not good, I think I was chasing the first time that I had their burrito . Last time was the worst , wrong order, called to let them know , they were busy which I understand but to be extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me was not ok. There is way to many taquerias around especially for their price I will pass never again. They maybe be paying yelp because their bad reviews are all hidden. I just don't understand the hype of this place not worth it

I've been noticing that lately, when I order food from here that all the prices are higher than the menu that is displayed. It doesn't seem fair to us customers. The food is good, don't get me wrong! It just feels like we're spending an extra 5 bucks each time for nothing.

I ordered the giant grilled chicken quesadilla and it was trash. I wouldn’t order that here. Unsure of the other items but the staff was a little rude also. GO ELSE WHERE. I asked to change my item and I was rudely told no.
Left in an absolute food coma. Loved the chili relleno & chicken enchilada combo with rice and beans. Ceviche was a generous size and the tacos were great as well. Line moved a bit slow to order, but the salsa bar and chips keep you held over while you wait for your food. Can’t wait to go back.

I love this place, simply put. I don't live near Santa Cruz but I will make the trip up just for this place. The food comes out quickly and is always such good quality. There's unlimited chips and they have a salsa bar. Their orange salsa is to die for. It is so unique, and always tastes so incredibly good topping my burrito. The atmosphere is also nice, they have a bar setup on their back wall. The store is small though and so it gets crowded. Parking has usually been an issue for us too because its so small, but you can find parking behind the restaurant too.
